Snow

Fluff

Albedo had moved to Mondstadt to live with you not long ago. Seen as he originally lived in Dragonspine he wasn't quite used to the new spring orientated area, you even began to think he missed his snowy home.

You were laying in bed next to a sleeping Albedo, it was far to early for him to be up. You were having trouble with proper sleep lately, going to bed very late and waking up early. Times like 3am and 4am.

You'd tried to go back to sleep but it just didn't seem possible. You were watching Albedo rest peacefully beside you, oh how you wished you were the one sleeping right now.

You looked to the clock, it read: 3:42am. Sighing you sat up in the bed, hoping you weren't making much noise and you didn't wish to wake Albedo.

A small groan noise was made and Albedo moved in the bed, was he awake?

"What're you doing?" His asked just above a whisper. You jumped, you'd woken him.

"I can't sleep." You whisper to him. His eyes flutter open and you see his beautiful blue eyes sparkle.

"Then allow me to stay up with you." A soft smile appeared on his face.

"No, please rest." You felt yourself feel regret when he was persistent on staying up with you.

"Fine.. you can stay up with me." You'd given in, not wanting to argue at this time.

He'd sat up by now, facing you. "I'm going to get something to drink, my throat hurts a little." He pushed himself up from the bed and left the room before you could respond.

You sighed. Why did he have to stay up? You wondered.

Moments later Albedo had come back into the room with his water which he placed on the bedside.

"Come with me." Albedo whispered.

"Huh?"

"Don't ask questions, come on." Albedo cut you off.

You got up off the bed and followed behind him. "Close your eyes." He took your hand and spoke softly.

You nodded, closing your eyes and allowing him to lead the way. You heard the front door open and were puzzled as to where Albedo was taking you.

"Open." Albedo was now standing behind you. You opened your eyes and saw snow. Snow? How could that be?

"Snow?" You felt your jaw drop slightly. "Wow, it's gorgeous." Your eyes sparkled.

A little chuckle escaped Albedo. "It's just like you, gorgeous." He was smiling.

You walked over and lent of the railing of your front porch. "Is this what Dragonspine is like all the time?"

"Indeed it is." You felt Albedos arms wrap around your waist, he also rested his chin on your shoulder. "I miss the snow sometimes, I can't believe it's actually snowing here."

You smiled. "Me either, maybe we could move to Dragonspine." You said, staring in awe at the snow flakes that were softly drifting down to the snow covered ground.

"Maybe." Albedo said, most likely smiling. "How about we go get our jumpers and a warm drink to sit out here?"

"Sure." You smiled.
