Our Dance

You'd just finished a day of adventuring in Dragonspine with the Traveller and Paimon. You were cold and couldn't wait to get home to be held in Albedos warm embrace.

You arrived at the front door and you were shocked when you had come inside to see beautiful cecilia flowers placed everywhere. "Albedo?" You called, placing your bag down by the now shut front door.

"Ah, my love your home." Albedo had appeared at the bottom of the stair case.

You smiled at his presence in the room. "Mhm. What're all these flowers for dear?" You question, walking over to him.

"They're for you of course." His pale lips curve into a small smile as he takes your hand in his. "Come upstairs, there's more waiting for you." He says as he turns to go up the stairs.

You nod and follow him upstairs.

Your eyes widen as you see that Albedo took the time to place more cecilia flowers across the room, a fire was lit in the fireplace he had made dinner for the two of you. Candles that had the scent of mint were lit. "Wow.. You took the time to do this?"

Albedo gently squeezed your hand. "Of course, I wanted to surprise you."

"Well it's beautiful.. thank you love." You smile.

Albedo then walks to a small music box, hitting play, a song begins.

Albedo walks back over to you, taking your hand. "Care for a dance m'lady?" He smiled.

"Sure." You nod as he takes you out into the middle of the room, gently kissing your hand before placing his hands on your waist. You wrapped your arms around his neck as you both began slow dancing to the music.

As you danced together, you looked into each other's eyes. You noticed Albedos eyes had an admiring expression to them, this made you smile.

"Such a pretty smile." Albedo gently spoke.

You were almost certain you blushed a little bit, a small laugh left you lips. "Nothing could be prettier than your eyes."

On his pale skin you saw a small blush appear, so cute you thought.

A few more moments of silence occurred until Albedo gently sung, "Just a kiss on your lips in the moonlight~" His voice was angelic, it put you at peace in a way.

Albedo had done a little dance move with you were he spun you around, then once you'd turned back around you saw Albedo kneeled down on the floor.

"Albedo what're yo-"

"Y/N my love, would you make me the happiest person in the world and marry me?" Your hands covered your mouth as tears came to your eyes, happy tears of course.

"Yes! Yes! Of course!" You happily said. Albedo stood up and you hugged him tightly, your arms around his neck once again.

His arms went around your waist, his hands resting on your back as he pulled you close to him, returning the tight hug. "I love you Y/N."

"I love you Albedo." You smiled in his embrace.
