Chapter 3

Ok I found room 12, but I found it three minutes later than the bell.

*walks in*

"Um are you Ms. Carine?"

"Are you Carmen?"

"Yes...?"

"You are late! But I'll excuse you because you are new. Introduce yourself to the class."

Crap.

"Uh. hi I'm Carmen and I'm 13 and I moved from Canada." I said nervously.

"Dude she's hot!" A guy says from the middle to I guess a friend across the room. I blushed even though I'm not.

*lunch time*

Everyone is looking at me.. Is there something wrong with my hair.. Or with my clothes?

"Hi I'm Maddie and this is Sam" two people say kindly to me.

"Um.. I'm Carmen"

"You know a lot of people think you're hot right?" Sam says.

"SAM! We want to be friends with her not weirdos." Maddie says to Sam.

"She is" he shrugs

"Thanks" I laughed "You guys are really good at telling jokes!"

"We aren't telling you any kind of joke. you are seriously pretty. we should hang out. what do you say?"

"Um sure why not" We hung out the whole lunch time. Sam and Maddie are best friends ever since they met each other. They're pretty cool, especially for hanging out with me.

*6th period*

Today is almost over just waiting for this period to end... so far I made two friends. Good job Carmen.

*gets pushed*

"HEY!" I snapped

"Maybe you should get out of my way next time" snobs the girl from earlier.

Ah shit. not her again!

I sit down in a chair and see a stage and see a guy with really cool hair. wait oh my god.. it's Nicholas!! I wonder if he remembers me.

"Carmen can you come here for a moment?" Wow a nice teacher.

"So we are doing a play but it's coming up real soon so I have to give you a part with singing and short lines is that ok?"

"Uh ya sure" I smiled. I can sing but I don't know about singing in front of people.

"Ok guys! Let's do a run through for the songs! Layla be sure to impress me!" Ms. Linda said cheerfully.

So the bitches name is Layla, got it.

*layla starts to sing*

*starts to read script*

*gets elbowed*

"Ow" I said quietly

"Sorry" Nicholas smiled

"Oh it's ok" I smiled back

"So you got stuck in Drama?"

" I guess so"

"Well at least this class has someone cool in it now" he winked, and walked back to his desk.

AHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA I JUSTS OMEGAWWWD (fangirling)

"Carmen come up on stage and sing for us!" Ms. Linda demands

"Uh well um ok. what should I sing?" I walked slowly up and on stage.

"Sing anything you want I need to hear your voice"

"Ok I guess I'll sing Rolling In The Deep"

*sings*

After I was done it was quiet in the room like the only thing I heard was me breathing..

After a view moments Nicholas started to clap and then everyone else did.

" Ok you can sit back down now" Ms. Linda smiled.

"Damn Carmen I didn't think you could sing as good as you look" Nicholas flirted.

I looked at Layla and she gave me a dirty look and then went to go sit next to Nicholas. She tried to whisper but obviously she made it clear for me to hear her.

"Meet me after school I need to tell you something" then kissed him on the cheek.

WHAT THE HELL! Like what the hell. WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS wait hold on... it's all clear now it's been a set up. ever since this morning Layla has made Nicholas do stuff to me to make me like him and then make sure my heart BREAKS after seeing him with her. Like I said she is a bitch.

*after school*

"HEY CARMEN!" Maddie screams.

"HEY MADDIE" I yell back.

I wouldn't of yelled but no one was around so why not.

"Do you know who Layla is?"

"Unfortunately" I rolled my eyes.

"Well Sam heard that David heard that Stella told Hailey that Karina heard that Hellen heard Layla tell Gina that she was going to make this dude Nicholas, who is fine oh so fine, to ask her out but Sam said he said no. He likes someone else!!"

*sam walks up*

"Whatcha gurls been talkin bout?" He slangs

*maddie slaps him*

"Don't talk like that."

I giggle

"Sam tell her who Nicholas likes!!"

"Oh well.. Carmen... HE LIKES YOU!!!"

*dies*

"Um aha ok"

Maddie rolls eyes "let's go to my place"

"Sure let me grab my penny board"

"Sweet we have penny boards too" sam says

"Ok let's ride homies" Maddie says

"Don't say that" Sam mocks but doesn't hit her.
