Nancys POV:

First day at my new job,behavioral analyst more commonly known as a profiler. I had worked in sex crime unit in the bureau before SSA Aaron hotchner had scouted me out and decided i'd be well fit on his team.

I walk in, focusing solely on the sound of my heels hitting the ground, i spot a muscular man with dark skin , as i walk up to him i say with my heavy southern accent "excuse me darlin' , would you mind pointing me to Aaron hotchners office?" . He smiles " no problem,sweetheart" as he takes me to his office.

I knock the door and wait for the "come in" and carefully open the door " Dr. Miller, please come in". We talked for about thirty minutes and i went back to my desk and began filling the paperwork Hotch had just handed me.

"Ah,so you're the new agent" a slightly familiar voice says . I turn around and see the dark skinned man from earlier. "Dr. miller at your service" i smiled. "derek Morgan, it's a pleasure to meet you" "Hey baby girl, come meet the new agent" he called over to a woman dressed in bright colours with red hair. she comes waddling over" Hi! My names penelope Garcia, the BAUs best Tech analyst, it's lovely to meet you.." she waits for me to say my name. " Dr. Nancy miller, it's great to meet you penelope!". "you know what, i'll grab the rest of the team so they can meet you".

I see five people begin to walk towards me. A young blonde woman introduced herself as jennifer Jareau but insisted i call her JJ. Emily prentiss is a lovely woman with Dark hair and bangs. David rossi,an older, italian man and Penelope and aaron. "Has anybody seen reid?" Emily calls out. That name reminds me of my college days,granted i was 13 but still. They all shrugged.

as i sat at my desk i began filling out the paperwork hotch had gave me "Nance?" i heard an all too familiar voice call behind me. I instantly turned around to find Spencer Reid" Spence?" we almost sprined to each other as i ran into his arm and he picked me up and hugged me. As he set me down and began planting kisses on ,my head and cheeks. I suggesting cough came from derek. He set me down and came back to reality." Sorry guys, traffic." he deadpanned. They all stood there unable to process what had just happened.Spencer reid, who doesn't even shake hands starts hugging and kissing this girl?
