Chapter 11: suspicious

All the lessons were finished and the ravenclaw team were getting ready for practise on the quidditch pitch when James comes running towards Athena and stops panting "did you beat Evan Rosiar in a duel?" He says out of breath
Athena smiles "Uh yeah, how do you know?" She asks
James looks over at the pitch "Richard Carter" he takes a breath "he was laughing about it in potions class and told me and Sirius" he bends down "oh my god I've never ran so fast in my life" he exhales out
Athena laughs "Why are you so out of breath ?"
He stands up straight "Remus, had to tell him something about the full um" he pauses his sentence "just had to tell him something and then I saw you so just wanted to ask you" he looks back and sees Richard and Dirk standing behind Athena with their quidditch uniforms on
Richard points to his wrist"COMMON RABBIT TIK TOK MY WATCH SAYS ITS NEARLY BED TIME FOR YOU ATHENA" Richard yells
"I better let you go" James smiles "I'll see you later okay" he smiles and walks away
Athena turns back to Richard "you don't even have a watch on your wrist" she sighs
"It's called an imagine for a reason, now get your ass on a broom" he throws her broom at her.

Athena walked over to the pitch as they all began. About half an hour into practise Regulus, Evan Rosiar, Barty Crouch Jr and Lucius Malfoy all sitting in the stands watching ravenclaw, Athena managed to catch the snitch about 3 times before one of the Ravenclaw beaters knocked her of her broom
"ATHENA?" Regulus yell before you hit the ground
Athena grabs her wrist and groans in pain as Richard Dirk and Davey surround her "are you okay I heard a crunch" Richard kneels down
"It's my wrist" Athena tries to sit up
Dirk grabs her shoulder to stop her from sitting up "We need to get her to madame pomfrey" Dirk says "Davey you get the team inside Richard you help me take her up" Dirk and Richard help her up and take Athena to Madame pomfrey.
They all walk into the hospital wing as Madame pomfrey runs over "what happened" she moves Athena to a hospital bed
Dirk sits on a chair "She was playing quidditch and a beater bangs into her and knocks her off her broom" Dirk says
Madame pomfrey shakes her head "That bloody quidditch, there's been more accidents on that pitch then wins" she looks at Athena's wrist
Richard was peaking over her shoulder "will she be able to play on Friday?" He says in a high tone
Athena looks at him"Wow thanks for the concern Rich"
"You know what I mean rabbit I mean it's the slytherins can you do it pomfrey or not ?" He says
Madame pomfrey looks back at him "don't rush me Richard" she turns her back on him
"Pomfrey you hate the slytherins as much as we do" Richard smiles
Madame pomfrey stutters "I do not!" She still refused to turn her back "I am never turning my back on any student Richard"
"Sure you are" Richard says under his breath
"Okay now both of you out" she points to the door "if you want her to be okay by Friday Carter I suggest you leave"
"Okay I'm out in out" Richard starts walking towards the door "and rabbit if your arm is still broken you can just play with they other arm" he holds his thumbs up "get better soon love you so so much" he blows fake kisses
"Bye Richard" Madame pomfrey shouts
"Okay I'm out" Richard struts away
Madame pomfrey shakes her head "ridiculous you think because he's in here so much he would now know not to get on my nerves" she looks back at Athena
Athena lays back down "I don't think he knows what a non sarcastic comment is".

Athena woke up in the middle of the night and see Ted Tonks in his bed next to her
Athena smiles "You alright Ted?" She sits up and stretches
He turns to her with a smile "what in merlins name are you doing in here"
"Quidditch got knocked of my broom" she says
"Wish I could say the same thing" Ted sits up "that Evan Rosiar thinks he's hilarious" he sits up
"Yeah I'm sorry that happened to you" she smiles
"No need, I think it had to do with Andromeda black" he sights
Athena raises her eyebrow "why would Andromeda want to hurt you ?"
He gets closer to her "we kinda have a thing and her sisters aren't fans of my because I'm a muggleborn" he shrugs his shoulders
This made Athena smile "Well I think there is nothing wrong with you, blood status is just silly, I think wizards can't find anything else to make themselves feel superior" she looks at him
Ted smiles "I like that, I am better then most of them at quidditch so I guess they feel threatened"
"Exactly, you and Andromeda then huh" she smirks
Ted looks at Athena "Yeah she's amazing she's nothing like the rest of her family she's really sweet and innocent, she's been visiting me everyday" it was clear in his eyes how much he loved her
Athena smirks"I think that's sweet of her"
After about another hour of chatting with Ted they  decide to go to bed. Athena still laying in bed tossing and she heard the door open to reveal Remus stumbling in.
She sat up to see Remus with cuts and bruises all over him
Athena frowns "Remus?" She stood up and rushed over to him "what the hell happened" she tries to be quiet to not wake up Ted
Remus jump "Athena? What are you doing here ?"
"Broke my wrist during practise what happened to you" she looks at his face and his busted lip
Remus laughs "Oh it's nothing" he smiles
Athena looks up at him "That is not nothing look at your eye" she touches his eye with the bruise on it
"It's fine really" he grabs her wrist
Athena stood closer to him"Did someone do this to you, I swear Remus you tell me their name and I will go right now" before she could say anything else Remus interrupts her
"I'm fine" he laughs "now stop worrying and go to bed, I'll be healed by the morning".

In the morning Athena was woken up by Madame pomfrey standing over her "morning my dear, how's they arm feeling ?" She gives her a cup of water
She sips the water "I fell a lot better thanks" she smiles
She looks at Athenas arm "I think you'll be ready to go by 2nd period, I checked your timetable you have professor keys next" she rubs Athenas shoulder "I told Richard so he'll be here in a second".

After about an hour Richard Carter zooms in with a grin on his face "up now" he claps his hands "a full day ahead of us rabbit, quidditch practise" he raises his fists "woo"
Athena shake your head and sit up "you get on my nerves Carter" she stands up as Richard helps her
"That's why we're besties" he gives her a sarcastic smile "let's go, I'll walk you to your lesson, it's a sunny day put a smile on" he turns and looks at Ted tonks "you alright tonks" he nods at him
"I'm alright Carter" ted smiles "you better win this game on Friday mate"
"Trust me I will" Richard smiles as they both walk out and make their way to defence against the dark arts.
