The sound of squeaking shoes against the floors can be heard around the gyms of Inarizaki High School, along with the voices of people practicing hard for their upcoming tournaments.
Inter-high is just around the corners and everyone is aiming to win the championship.
That includes the boys' volleyball team.
Even with the history of being a long-time powerhouse school, the team still works hard and takes in new techniques and innovations to include in their games.
Apparently, the volleyball team includes Miya Atsumu, also known as Japan's best high school setter and server, as well as Ojiro Aran who is a part of the top 5 aces in Japan.
The loud sound of the ball smashing on the concrete floor echoed inside the volleyball gym along with the high-pitched whistle coming from the coach, announcing the end of the game. "Atsumu's team wins this round. It's about time for lunch, so let's take a break. Make sure to rest and stretch properly first before doing anything. We'll meet you after lunch!" coach Kurosu announced before the volleyball team all bowed their heads and said their gratitude.
