YOU WOKE UP FEELING A WEIRD PULL; IT WAS LIKE A CALL. YOU FROWNED. You hadn't felt that in a while. It was like a pull that someone had when they were in danger. You growled and stood up, ensuring that you didn't wake blue. He needed his sleep. Indeed. You sighed and nudged him softly as a form of goodbye. "we will see each other soon, I promise," you whispered and kissed his head before slithering out of the cave and taking a breath of the fresh air. It would happen something here soon, you felt. But what it had to wait. Now it was those others who needed help. And like a dragon of peace, you help anyone. You shook your body and spread your giant white wings. They caught the early sunlight and reflected it. You smiled. You had been gifted a beafuil body, that was sure. With one push with your wings, you were in the air.
Now you flapped them to gain altitude heading for the clouds. Soon coming over them, you let your wings stretch out, so you glided, ocanliy flipping them to keep upright. You followed the call for help for days. It led you to... Ta Lo. you didn't know where it was, but it sure seemed worthy of saving. Maybe. You landed softly in the middle of the city. a group of soldiers clad in dragon scales armor came up to meet you, their weapons training. "who are you?" one of them asked in Chinese. You surprisingly understood it and answered in English. "my name is Y/n. I came here cause I heard a call of help," you said with your head held high. You were above their height but still not your total size. "follow me," a man clad in yellow armor said, and you did, slithering between the guards.
They all were fasecnetaid by you that you could see. You only nodded to them when they caught your gaze. "this is Ying Nan. she will answer your question," the man said, then walked away, leaving you alone with the woman. She was clad in everyday Chinese clothing and had long black hair tied to a loose ponytail. "say me, a young dragon, what brings you to Ta Lo?" she said and turned around. you smiled at her lowering your head to her eye level. "I'm Y/n, and I came to cause your city called for help," you said, giving her a small smile before lifting your head again. "help is always welcome," she said and smiled at you before turning back to the shrine she had. You glanced at it. "is that your sister?" you asked, taking the lady off guard. she turned back to you with a shocked face. "how--?" was all she said.
You shrugged. "you're older than her, so you're either her mother or sister. I bet on sister, and it looks like I'm right." you said and slunk off, leaving the woman to herself. "what a mysterious dragon," she whispered.

"so the danger here is that a man called Xu Wenwu coming here to destroy the city of his beloved wife? And all for that, he believes you hold her captive?" you ask as you sit down, talons curled into a tight fist. Ying Nan nodded. Her two nephews stared at you with both wonder and fear. You were a dragon, a shy creature to the Chinese culture. Here you were talking just like a human. "wait, so you're going to help us? We don't even know your powers" Xu Xialing unstraps your thoughts. You look at her, seeing the fire in her eyes.
She wants to protect the city of her mother. You sigh and open your talon. "yes, young Xu Xialing. And no, you don't know my powers, but that's the point. He doesn't know either. He doesn't even know that I'm here. Use that to your advantage . with two dragons on your side, the evil side has no chance." you say, tilting your head at the last of your words. "wouldn't you want that? a chance against your father and the evil that lurks behind that door?" Xu Xialing is silent, and so is anyone in the room.
You sigh and slither out of the room, leaving the humans to their thoughts. Outside you take to the sky, ignoring the scared gasps of the people. You land in a cave not far away. You lay down, getting ready for sleep. Tomorrow the fight should begin, and you are going to be prepared.

"Y/n?" Ying Nan called out from the city. Your eyes shot open, and you stood up, stretching. You rumbled an answer that immediately got the older woman's attention and her nephews. "What was that?" Katy asked, looking with fear towards the cave in the distance. "Our savior," Ying Nan said with a smile, ad your shadow shot out from the shelter and landed in the middle of the city. You saw that the Humans were clad in battle armor made of dragon scales:
You bowed your head so you were at the eye level of Ying Nan and her newest. " the time has come," she said as she patted your snout. You smile and close your eyes. "Hide until I give you the sign," she says, and you nod, lifting your head and spreading your wings, taking off. "Don't we need her aunt?" Shang-chi asks as he looks after you, then to his aunt. The woman smiles and turns to him. "Yes, we need her, but she'll come when we need her the most," and then she walks off, helping her people to prepare for the war. Shang-chi, along with his sister and friend, also gets ready, but they think about the mysterious dragon.
The one that will help them defeat their father, the warrior king.
