You basked in the sun with Blue. You greeted him with hugs and kisses when you returned yesterday. He had loved that, so you two ended together in the nest for the night. But making love wasn't exactly on the table right now. You weren't in your heart any longer, giving you time to live calmly with your friend. Even though you knew that Blue saw you more than his friend, you also learned that you had soulmates. You couldn't cheat on them. They would find out even though none would ever know. It's like a small alarm in their head if their soulmate is either in danger or doing something that could break the whole relationship.

You didn't want to risk that at all. To add, you loved them all, Blue and Hyunjin and Felix. Elias had you almost forgotten, but you still thought of him occasionally. But the most you thought of was your friends, Beli and Donut. How are they doing? are they crying, or are they living the life? You yearend after to see them but you knew maybe they wouldn't forgive you the second time. So today you have decided to leave for them again. The sooner, the better. A growl made you and blue shoot up, getting swiftly into defensive positions.

"whos there?" you snarled. Nobody answered. But the bushes not far from you rustled, and you crept closer with blue trailing behind. Suddenly something white came out of the forest and attacked Blue. You got angry and snapped at it, trying to get its attention. Finally, you succeeded . "who the heck are you, and why are you attacking us?" you roared, spikes on your head standing up in anger. The attacker showed himself, and you gasped. It was the indominus rex. "but--" you started but couldn't get out any more words. Blue seemed to have the same reaction as you. "but how are you alive? I saw you die!" the grayish raptor exclaimed as he ran to your side, growling.

The indominus chuckled and said, "oh little raptor, it was her that got me back." he pointed at you with a claw, and your eyes grew wide. How could you get a dead dinosaur hybrid back from teh dead? You weren't a sorcerer. "How did I do that?" you growled. Again the indominus chuckled and walked closer to you, ignoring Blue's growl. "your soul and mine are connected. We're mates," he purred.

"W-what?" you stutter as the i-rex nuzzles you. Blue growls and jumps onto him, only to be swapped right off. You yelp and run to Blue, groaning in pain. "we can do it like this. Accept me, and nobody gets hurt. Blue or those humans. Reject me..." he trails off, and bloodlust swirls up in the depth of his orbs. you growl and glance at Blue, who shakes his head. "No, don't. You're mine and mine alone. I wouldn't care if I died. he will not hold his word." he said, straining as the pain came. You sighed and nudged him.

"I'll be fine. Like you, I don't care how he treats me alone, as you all are safe. Go, " you say and walk away, ignoring the raptor's whimpers and despair. "good choice," indoimus purines and intertwines his tail with yours. You growl but let him hold it. He's unpricdibale. "you'll see all would be worth it." he mewls as he pecks your chin as you follow him deeper into teh forest indeed to his den. "here we are," he says after a few minutes and unwihnes his tail with yours. "ill go on a hunt" he then says and walks off leaving you alone to explore your now new home.

The den is filled with different corpses, but other than that, it's clean. The smell of the deceased body arent that strong, but it still bothers you. You shake your head and lay down, just wanting to sleep. You want to see your friends again and your soulmates. But, maybe all this would be just a nightmare.

Months later

It had gone now months since you moved in with the i-rex. He treated you as well as possible, surprising you. he even gave you gifts. But of course, all his acts of love didn't face you as you had already found your true passions. They were waiting for you each day, growing sadder. "hey dear, I got you a goat. Those things still roam around here," I-rex calls as he walks into the den with a dead goat in his jaws. You roll to your stomach, facing him. "good," you answer sleepily.

while he calls you nicknames, you nearly don't say his name. "how's my mate doing?" he asks as he lays the food down and walks over to you, nudging your head softly. "I'm fine," you answer and stand up, walking over to the meat, tearing it. He's been feeding you also pretty well. But since you're a dragon, you need more food than him, and it's getting low. this is a big island but now big enough for all the dinosaurs and 2-3 predators. And knowing indominus, he kills only for sport.

The white hybrid chuckles behind you as he rests after his hunt. "you know it's soon time for the mating season. If you want, we could mate," he starts but gets cut off by a loud growl from you. he knows you don't like talking about the mating season. It reminds you that you can't mate with the person you want. "All right, I'm sorry," he exclaims and buries his head into his arms, staying silent. You finish eating your share of the meat, then go down to lay on teh other side of the den, not wanting to talk to your mate. You say nothing as you drift into slumber. In the dreams, you dream of all that was before. Before the day Blue found you. The days you were happy with your human friends.

Your crush on Elias had faded months ago. he wasn't the one for you, not that any of the guys in your class were. But, you and your friends were closer than ever. So then this had to happen and get everything turned upside down. But if it didn't happen, you wouldn't have met blue and your soulmates, Hyunjin and Felix. So at the same time as you're sad this happened, you're happy it did.
