"Pound. Pound.", went the nonstop sounds of houses being built. Katyana lived in a slightly new development area which resulted in the never ending sounds of hammers hitting fresh cut maple. This, like always, lead to her parents arguing about why they should have bought a house in a different neighborhood. Although the once dreamy view of nothing but miles of grass urged them to build their house where they did, it was far from beautiful now. They knew they'd be the first of many to by a lot in their neighborhood, but they forgot about how their magnificent view would slowly disappear. So, as can be guessed, they were unopen to new neighbors.
