Katyana watched as a middle aged women with long brown hair and the slight trace of dimples followed by a man a few years older with a welcoming smile hoped out of the mini van. Right behind them came a boy who looked about 16 years old. He had shaggy, bright red hair that almost covered his glistening blue eyes and had millions of freckles caked across his face. He looked like the kind of guy that seemed shy if you didn't know him, but turned out to be loud and outgoing, though in a cute kind of way rather than in an annoying way, when you did. However, Katyana's opinion of the boy slightly changed when she saw a tear drop drip down his face that he quickly wiped away with long fingers and strong hands. The boy was sad to have left his home and friends, trying hard to hold onto his old memories, scared to make new ones in an unfamiliar place. Katyana felt bad for him, the mysterious boy across the street. She had to try her best to keep herself from going up and asking if him and his family needed help moving their many belonging into their new house. She wanted to get a better look at the boy. Whether it was how his eyes sparkled in the light or the way his big grin took her breath away, his presence urged her towards him. While his demeanor was intriguing, Katyana stepped back instead of forwards, knowing she'd be in huge trouble if her parents caught her making googly eyes at the tall, red-headed new boy. So, she decided to watch him from a distance.
