Soldier's pov

Man how'd I get dragged into this hell hole, I barely woke up bc like I was peacefully sleeping till my fucking grouchy horrible boss came to ruin it, honestly tho I hate him, one thing I absolutely despise of this dumb military other than the cummed stained bed sheets, is its boss, he's just an insignificant bossy prat! Sometimes I wonder why I bothered applying for this job but you cant the past so I might as well deal with it, I never have motivation to do stuff tbh, why? probably because SOMEONE keeps giving me assignments (missions or orders as well) all the god damn time! Who even actually does these assignments anyways like I have right about 69 missing assignments (get it 69? no- okay-) I honestly still wonder how he hasnt called me yet- it's lowkey dumb but whatever, Holy shit! Is that a fight between 208 and 96?! This is deff gonna be good for sure, when I got there 96 squared 208 up leaving his chest opened up if I were fighting him I would've use this chance to punch him in the stomach or balls but he threw a quick left hook breaking his nose, heh serves him right for leaving me the cold water when I was showering, Soldier 969 suddenly walked up to me out of the blue he then started scold me leaving the soldier's attention to turn towards me I was getting very annoyed because apparently soldier 969 was left in charge while boss was busy doing something, man why do I get scolded like soldier 208 and 96 were fighting while I was standing and watching what did I do plus I only barley finished my morning routine! Great now I have more problems I swear everyday I get myself into some sort of trouble and end up going to bosses office everyday all he does is make me write sentences at least 56 times probably why my hand is numb, most of the time but here we go again, OH why haven't I thought of this before?! I could get on bosses good side and maybe when I get in trouble hell spare me the sentences! How come I've never thought of this I'm  whole genius! Heh cant wait to go to bosses office rn I heard he likes tea maybe if I manipulate him by a cup of tea I could get on his good side heh this should be more easier than I thought.., I was sent again to bosses office but before I got thee I asked a girl who appeared to be friends with his family so I asked her what type of tea he likes, oh he likes earl grey, funny heh I knew keeping that giant earl grey's collection would come to use soon enough heh, this will be very interesting I slowly walked towards bosses office and knocked softly till I heard the weakest come in ever I opened the door and stepped in he already had a pen and some papers for me to write my sentences but before he could say anything I quickly blurted out, "soldier's 208 and 96 were fighting sir..-" as if that'll help me in the situation I'm in right now, "oh, were they really?" well that's a suprise (HOW DO YOU SPELL SUPRISE OOMFGGG) uhm, "yes they were fighting sir, I was only watching with about fifty other people till soldier 969 the one you left in charge came up to me and sent me here, maybe you want to talk about it sir with a cup of tea?" 

Torchers pov

Shit a cup of tea sounds good I've been craving a cup of tea for the past few hours for how stressful this work has been sometimes I wish I could drink some tea and curl up and sleep underneath a warm wool blanket in the middle of a forest with the stars and moon being the source of my light but no I'm stuck here with no absolute goal on what to do so when I retire I might as well stay here for as long as I must to figure a goal or dream I try to achieve, I've been stressing over this whole infection case well yea sure everyone here is infected but we have a reputation to keep up so we basically pretend to be uninfected and also its getting hard to recover that fight with that dumb zebra and pony which makes matters even worse if only this never happened then maybe I can remember the days where it wasn't at all stressful and I had dreams, goals to achieve but now I can't seem to remember any longer, well yea sure I wouldn't care about this reputation thing but my father wont let me I would be killed if I were to quit now and tell everyone we're infected I cant think of all the numerous of items he'll do to me..- I guess I'm scared again, I'm scared of him.

No, he's not even my father! h- he's just a random man that I share DNA with heh he..- he's not my father, is he? "BOSS!" "huh?" did I space out again, "boss?.." "oh uh sorry I spaced out for a moment.. but yes I would like a cup of tea, bring yourself one too we'll have a talk" now that I mention it he did mention a fight I guess I'll listen too what happened over there since at the current moment I'm tired and it'll be interesting for the time being

also my mom decided on the book title bc i didnt have any ideas for it I told her its about a military where this soldier slowly gets close to his boss and they turn into 'friends' but no one knows about it (i didnt tell this part to my mom ->) bc their military is fucked up and at least there is about 4 small homophobes, racist, and transphobic groups that will beat any type of people who are like that so yea
