Kyle felt very embarrassed about what he said over the phone to Stan. But he realized he meant every word of it and more. It startled him how he felt about Stan, something was changing and he didn't know what.
Kyle decided to lay in his bed to ponder what was happening. Kyle thought about how amazing Stan was as his best friend, but something about the term "best friend" didn't feel right anymore.
He kept thinking about Stan and all he could think about was how handsome Stan was. Kyle was surprised by his own thoughts, it startled him!
Kyle felt his mind rushing with thoughts and emotions he couldn't control. Kyle admitted to himself that he likes Stan, but Kyle never wanted to tell Stan. Kyle knew he should keep his thoughts to himself to not hurt Stan.
Kyle laid on his bed feeling defeated and worn down, no matter how tired Kyle felt he wasn't able to sleep that night.
