Chapter 3, Ethan's Return

Ethan, a Mormon senior, wanted Gracie's attention back. He was deeply and madly in love with his freshman beauty and didn't care about the age difference. 'Age doesn't matter when you're in love' he thought. But all of her attention was stolen abruptly when Gracie went to visit Alex Miller. That dumb freshie was stealling the effortlessly beautiful brown haired girl he fell for. That was not gonna fly. This beautiful blonde mormon boy was taking Gracie from him and nothing he did was changing that.
As Gracie's mom was driving to Alex's house, she couldn't help but feel nervous. I mean, she was trying to get back together with him after all. As she walked up to the door, a familiar feeling of deja vu was coming over her as she recalled the events of December 19th, 2020. Her heart sank thinking about the heartbreak she put him through. She hesitantly rang the doorbell, and immediately Alex opened it with a sly smirk on his face. "I knew you would come, Gracie bear. I missed you." he remarked. Gracie tried to hide her blush in her perfect auburn hair, but failed. Alex's smirk only got bigger as she bit her lip to hide her smile. "H-h-h-h-h-h-hi A-a-a-alex" she shyly said. She couldn't hold it together around him, like he put a spell on her.
They slowly walked into the house, they had it to themselves. He got left behind at their massive house like Kevin from Home Alone, so Gracie decided to keep him company. She knew it was wrong, playing with his heart like that, but she couldn't help it. The mormonism was rubbing off on her and it just made him all the more cute. As they sat down on the couch, she noticed she had a snap chat notification. She checked who it was, and she couldn't believe it. It was Ethan! The Mormon senior who she had been talking to for ages! Gracie felt confused as she could feel her heart beating faster. What was this feeling?
Her heart ached as she remembered how she pushed Ethan to the side for a different Mormon boy. How could she forget about him? Ethan had been there for her when Alex wasn't. But, her feelings for Alex were still there. The way he looked at her with those juicy big fat mormon brown turd eyes made her heart melt. She never really got over Alex, but truly liked Ethan. Maybe he was worth a try? He had comforted her after the harsh breakup, and those feelings for Ethan were coming back. Gracie didn't know what to do, she didn't want to break Alex's heart again and she didn't want to lose her senior love Ethan. Her head was spinning. Alex offered Gracie a drink and left the room leaving Gracie alone with her thoughts. 'Do I really have to choose?' Gracie thought as she came up with a master plan.
