Alexander wakes up on the spring morning of 1789, the smell of fresh flowers aligns the room.
"Good morning Hamy~" A voice says from across the room.
Alexander, startled, gets up to see James Maddison sitting on a ottoman holding a book.
"Oh, it's you again.." Alexander says passive aggressively.
"What Hamy, do you not want to see me in your bedroom~? Are you scared Eliza is going to come in? I can get her right now if you'd want me to Hamy~." Maddison said getting up.
Hamilton quickly got up "No no! It's alright.." He said as he remembered what happened the night before.
Maddison started slowly walking towards Hamilton. "You know.. Eliza won't be home for another hou-"
There was a knock at the bedroom door, "Honey? Is that you?" a woman's voice said softly.
"Yes dear, it's me." Hamilton said franticly getting up to open the door.
Maddison sat down on brushed himself off to look more formal and not like he just got done working on a farm.
Hamilton opened the door to see Eliza holding a basket full of bread. Eliza looked to Maddison, "Oh, hello James."
Maddison straightened up "Hello Eliza."
Eliza gave Hamilton a kiss on the cheek, "What is he doing here love?"
Maddison scoffed under his breath.
"We're talking about..." Hamilton was stopped by Maddison, "We were talking about that I need to leave."
Maddison winked at Hamilton while leaving.
