Jisung didn't get an ounce of sleep as he had consumed the potion,now he was waiting for the man to open his eyes. He inched closer to him wanting to take a closer look since, when will he ever get the chance to check out someone as handsome as the man before him who looked gorgeous even in his sleep. The man had beautiful lavender colored hair which complimented his smooth porcelain like skin, his eyes were of magnificent color when Jisung first saw Minho he was sure that his eyes shone red as if he was seeing two rubies in its highest purity but when they had reached the cottage he noticed his eye color had changed into a shade of dark brown. Jisung simply brushed it off thought to himself what a fine piece of specimen he saved.
" Even his figure is perfect and especially his thighs...well if he ever was down i would let him mercilessly fu-" i was snapped out of my virgin thoughts when i noticed that he was slowly opening his eyes,i helped him get up resting his back on the pile of hay. "Here drink this potion it won't completely heal your wound but it will definitely lessen the pain" i said as I handed over a bottle to him, he gave me a look which was clearly 'I don't even know you and this could be poison...', i mean i don't blame him for having suspicions about me even i would've reacted the way same if i was in his shoes. So i just reassured him by saying that it was just a healing potion and even drank some myself to prove to him that it wasn't poison.

He took the potion from me eventually and drank it. I could tell that he began to feel less pain than how painful it was when he first woke up. We don't have much time left, I said as I looked out through the window of the cottage it was almost the break of dawn and that was the perfect time to move more freely since patrol guards only started their duty in the morning." Look... i started " this maybe sudden to ask an injured person a lot of questions but i've got no choice, you owe me answers, the man surprisingly nods because I didn't think he would say yes. Alright then i proceeded with the first question, so 'mister' you see i don't want to keep calling you that so i need to know your name.
" Minho... you can call me by this name"
" And u can call me Jisung, alright then on the next question-"before i could say anything further Minho suddenly grabbed me and covered my mouth with his hand to prevent me from talking, i tried to free myself but his grip wasn't loosening at all, he moved me closer to him and now my back was against his chest ( not gonna lie my gay panic was kicking in but i supressed it in).
" Shush....keep quiet if you don't want us to get caught" he whispered right in my ear and God his voice sent chills down my spine. I just froze in that spot not knowing how to react he further said "movement outside"oh how I wished he'd continue whispering in my ear. I wanted the moment to last a little longer until it got ruined when i heard rustling sounds near the cottage. I motioned to him to remove his hands which he did, I got up as slowly as I could and moved towards the window and to my fear it was a bunch of armed guards advancing towards the cottage.I quickly retracted myself from the window and went to sit down with Minho, this is not okay they shouldn't even be here in the first place ughhhh.I don't know if we'll be able to escape this time, dammit Jisung u should've known better u dumbass-!. While i was in the midst of panic, a hand gently patted my back, " calm down Jisung panicking won't get you anywhere".
He was right, now was not the time to panic and him saying those words made me regain my composure and without wasting any time i took out my remaining smoke bombs and placed them right above the entrance door which would be triggered by the thin wire i put from one end to the other these bombs will buy us time to escape. Having finished with the preperations I stepped back feeling proud of myself for the trap I made. Then i proceeded to move Minho out of the cottage through the backdoor* only to be met with none other than the captain of the imperial guards Lee Taesung( o.c created for this story )and his squad ughh oh how great....
//" You have been surrounded Han Jisung, now hand over the man that you're carrying,you gutter rat."//
" Ohmy is that a bitch talking?It seems my name is getting popular among you tin cans."
//"Yes, since it was reported that it was you who helped that wanted criminal."//
"And what if I don't want to hand him over ?'' I replied back in a provoking tone.
//"Then I'm afraid you'll just have to die here plus no one will remember a rat from district 09".//
"Yeah about that......"Then at that moment there was a huge explosion at the entrance of the cottage and lots of smoke seemed to be spreading everywhere, Jisung's trap worked splendidly." I'm sorry but you're mistaken, you see mister i don't want to die yet" i said while i was slowly taking out something from my pocket. I quietly said to Minho," hold your breath and don't inhale anything of which I'm going to release" he nodded and on cue-
//" Don't try anything funny!"// The captain shouted.

//"Chase them and bring them before me!!"// Taesung commanded his men but oddly after inhaling the strange smoke, one after the another his men fell to the ground and shortly after even Taesung felt weak and he found himself unable to move, " fucking bastard used a paralysing gas bomb".Both Jisung and Minho had disappeared leaving only the captain and his men outdid by a single person.
Feeling frustrated Taesung used his remaining strength to shout out//"You can't RUN forever, HAN JISUNG-!!!"// Before he himself fell to the ground as the paralysing gas took full effect.
