𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐖𝐎"we'll find moonlit nights strangely empty, because when you call my name through them, there will be no answer."
drug use, gun mention, gang mention cw.
the sun beamed through your windows, since they are only covered by your shear dark grey curtains. you had one of the best sleeps you'd had in a while, insomnia is a screaming bitch. your red hair messy from sleep, covered your pillows, and majority of ur face.
this morning you craved heavily for pot, since you already had some ground you thought a wake and bake wasn't such a bad idea, for you at least. though maybe a run down to the 7 11 to buy some energy drinks first was also a good idea. you love a good ol' energy drink plus a wake and bake first thing in the mornings.
since the 7 11 was only down the road, and after checking your phone it was a lot closer to mid day than what you had realised, you chucked on your red high-topped converse and black zip-up hoodie, to match with the clothes you've woken up in. after grabbing your phone, earbuds, keys and some cash; you walked through the hallways of your floor, and to the elevator.
a morning stroll wasn't such a common thing for you to be doing, though today you planned to scope out some soon to be favourite places. walking through the street you looked between trees, and at the sky. even though it rained yesterday, the sky had its spring glow, the trees still green as ever, along with their flowers at the peak of their blooms.
spotting the 7 11 you decide to take a quick peak at the vintage store, which were among other stores and a café. walking into the store you have a look at all different sections, books, furniture, shoes, cds & vinyls and of course, clothes. everything in this store was just your taste, maybe you'd come back soon to stock up on your poetry collection. you also noticed a blond girl in the store, she was cute and wore something that looked like a high school uniform.
you walked into the 7 11 prepared for small talk, since it was around mid-day and the cashier would've never seen you there before. walking over to the coolers, you pick out an original sugar free red bull, and an ultra rosá monster.
as you walked up to the cashier the door beeped as it opened, just as it had done for you before. oh how you were not prepared to see that man again so soon. the skinny man from the train was at the door, you were still tired from the recent awaken from sleep so it took you a minute to realise who he was.
he walked over to the crisp isle, you however, were finished with choosing what you had decided to buy, and were standing, facing the cashier. "you new here?" the cashier asks, inspecting the other man in the store. "ah yeah, just moved in yesterday actually." you said giving the man from before a quick glance; only to see what pants and shoes he was wearing. today he was wearing the same red high-top converse as yourself; paired with skinny jeans, this time they were actually skinny.
"you sure will be seeing a lot of me, so be prepared." you said looking at the cashier with a smile. "that'll be $7." the cashier says, you hand him some cash, and he hands you your change and drinks. you look back as you walk out the stores door, to be met with red eyes watching as you leave; probably checking you out. you had a thought that popped into your head, unsure if it was a good one or not. you thought maybe if the man from the train wanted to, you could get his number.
it was a stupid idea. but you wondered if it were to work or not, maybe the two of you would get along you thought. you paced for a little while down a bit of the street, on your phone; you were texting with emmy.
