I turned up the music as Will drove me to his house. I began to sing along with the song playing. I didn't miss the constant glances Will made towards me. He smiled over at me before he looked back to the road.
"What?" I giggled.
"You're just really cute when you sing" He told me with the cutest smile ever. I loved when he smiled at me like that when he complimented me.
My cheeks turned pink at the compliment. "Thank you babe" I smiled at him. I sang to the radio again as we turned to his street. He pulled into his driveway and I noticed his parent's cars were not in the driveway. They didn't normally park in the garage.
"Are your parents not home?" I asked him as he opened the truck door for me.
He shook his head at me. "I thought I told you they were at Kenzie's soccer game tonight. I think they're going out to eat with the team after."
"Ryan too?" I asked.
"Yeah" He unlocked the house door and let me in. He shut the door behind us and locked it.
I was walking to the living room when Will grabbed my wrist and pulled me back into his chest. I steadied myself with my hands against his chest. I looked up at him to say something but he beat me to it when he crashed his lips against mine. He caught me by surprise and I wrapped my arms around his neck.
He deepened the kiss with his hands on my cheeks. He gently rubbed my cheekbones. I moved my hands down to his lower back. He grabbed me by the waist and led me over to the door before pinning me up against it. My hands found their way to his hair.
My stomach was swarmed with butterflies as he detached his lips from mine and made his way down my neck. I tried to suppress a moan when he got to a sensitive spot but I failed. I could feel him smirked against my skin before his lips began to torture the spot as his hands caressed my hips.
Having enough of not kissing him, I forced his lips back up to mine. We kissed until we needed a breath.
"What was that for?" I asked him as I was still pinned against the door and his hands were still rubbing gentle circles in my hips.
"Just because I love you" He answered and kissed my nose. I swear he was trying to make my heart explode. "I have to go make dinner. There's more comfortable clothes in my room, if you want those instead. You can also pick whatever movie you want us to watch."
I nodded slightly. He kissed me one more time and went into the kitchen.
I went upstairs and found one of Will's hoodies and his smallest pair of sweats. I changed out of my jeans and red smocked crop top and into the hoodie and sweats. I had to roll the sweats up a couple times but they worked enough. I left my clothes in a controlled pile on the floor. I, of course, made sure they weren't sitting in the middle of the floor.
I walked back down stairs to the kitchen to see Will humming to himself while making something on the stove. I smiled as he swayed his body in beat with his humming.
"What are you making?" I asked as I walked behind him and wrapped my arms around his torso and pressed my cheek to his back. "It smells amazing"
"Pizzadillas. Will Erickson special for someone special" He answered. "They're almost ready"
I reached up on my tippy toes to give him a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you" I whispered into his ear.
"Anything for you darling" He whispered back.
I leaned back against the counter and watched silently as he made us dinner. Once it was done, he washed the dishes as he waited for it to cool off. He made us a plate to share and carried it into the living room for us. I followed and sat down. He grabbed a blanket and threw it at my face.
I giggled and draped it over my legs. I opened it for Will to get under too with the food.
"Have you picked out a movie?" He asked me.
"I was thinking Remember the Titans" I said.
"Then that's what we're watching" He pressed a kiss to my temple and turned on Remember the Titans.
We snuggled together, ate our pizzadillas, and watched a movie. This was literally the best date ever. I couldn't ask for anything else. My boyfriend showered me with more love than I deserve and that's why I love him.
After we finished eating, we moved into a more comfortable position. I was laying in between his legs on his chest. He rubbed my back and I raked my hand through his golden locks.
"I love you" I whispered to him.
"I love you" He whispered back and kissed my head.
As we continued watching movies, my eyes got heavier and heavier. I tried to keep myself from falling asleep, but I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer.
I felt something shift under me. It took me a second to open my eyes and register what was happening around me. I saw Will trying to move from under me.
"I'm sorry sunshine, I didn't mean to wake you" He whispered.
I got up from my position on top of Will and looked around. I checked my phone and saw that it was ten thirty at night.
"I need to get home" I grumbled.
"Why don't you just stay here?" Will asked. "It's late and my parents won't care"
"Yeah, but my brothers will."
"Then we can tell them you fell asleep here and they won't question anything." I gave him an incredulous look. "After we assure them nothing happened." Will stood up. "Come on let's get to bed" He reached out both of his hands to me. I took them and he led me up to his bedroom.
As we were walking up the stairs we met Karla in the hallway.
"Oh Cora, you're up. I just told your dad that you fell asleep here and you were probably going to stay here. I'll call him back if you want to go home" she offered.
"I'm okay here as long as it's okay with you" I answered.
She gave me a smile and a hug. "Of course I'm okay with it sweetie. Goodnight" She kissed my head and Will's cheek.
Will led me the rest of his way to his room and we both got in his bed. Will wrapped his arms around me and held me close to him. I loved the feeling of his arms around me. I could die in this position and be completely happy.
