as promised, melanie b woke geri up for breakfast. it was just pancakes, she didn't want to force anything on geri.

'you don't have to eat all of it, just eat something for me okay.'

'only for you melanie.'
passion filled geris voice for this moment, like she genuinely meant what she just said.

geri stood up and walked towards the door and mel b jumped up

'where you going?'
'for a piss, you can watch me if you like' . geri said, mocking melanie and her caring.

geri came back looking paler, her eyes watering.

'geri fucking halliwell you said you weren't going t-'
mel wasn't angry, she just was concerned but didn't know how to express that.
'i didn't plan on it, melanie i walked in then looked in the mirror to fix my hair and once again knocked myself fucking sick.'
'geri please eat something and please stay in my arms after just so i know you're safe.'
'look at melanie, not so scary now.'
"you first, then my reputation. now please eat.'

after some persuading, geri ate a pancake and drank some orange juice, following that she went and sat on melanie's lap and curled into a ball, falling asleep on her. melanie couldn't help but admire her beauty. she could stay like this for hours.

it broke mels heart how geri doesn't see the same woman she does. mel leaned to the side so her head was now resting on geris shoulder. she loves this woman so much.

geri got carried to the bedroom for some extra rest before she was up for the day, surprisingly when she came out the bedroom she wanted to eat. she seemed happy. it was like the geri that was there two hours ago, was nowhere to be seen.

geri was eating anything she could see, mel never worried about this since it was the not eating that scared her. they had a great day, geri was eating, melanie felt she was safe and okay. everyone was happy.

melanie trusted geri to go to the bathroom alone this once because she was fine all day.

geri was gone for like five minutes before melanie heard a bang.

'GERI.'

she leapt up and ran to the bathroom, desperate to reach geri, who was on the floor. sweating, with tears down her face. she fell but was still wide awake.

"geri babe, this isn't normal. do you want me to call someone??"
'no then people will find out and i'll be fat spice. help me melanie.'
'i'll tell you what, we'll have a glass of wine and watch a movie in your bed then go to sleep and talk about this tomorrow, how does that sound."
'perfect.'

they had their wine and watched their movie, melanie fell asleep with her arms caressing geris stomach and geri had her face pushed into mels neck.
