My Dino (Tsukishima Kei x Fem Reader)

You were walking back from school, alone. Kei had, again, decided to practice for an upcoming match. He honestly didn't seem like the kind of person who would have to practice to anything right. It was as if he was perfect. But these days haven't been half as perfect. Ever since becoming friends with a new girl called Akina Goto. She too, was perfect. She had gorgeous chocolate brown hair; big, black eyes; and a graceful, tall figure. She was neither too fat, or too thin. Meanwhile, you felt like a skinny/chubby (you choose), timid girl. Kei told you many times that you were perfect just the way you were, but you didn't feel the same. Ever since she came into Kei's life, you just felt insecure. 

You could see that the girl Akina, had a bit of a thing for Kei. She seemed to unnecessarily ask him stupid doubts, as if it would make them friends. Eventually Kei warmed up to her and started calling her a friend. You felt jealousy creep into you. it made you green with envy seeing her smirk while making your boyfriend cold and distant towards you. Hisashi saw that something was wrong and he called you for a talk to try and see what was wrong.  

'What's wrong Hiru? You've been looking rather sad these days...' Said your brother, Hisashi, looking concerned. You were determined to not tell him anything. 

'No, Hisu, nothing happened. I don't know what you're talking about!' You said, adding fake emotions. 

'Are you sure, Hiru?'

Under his unusually stern gaze, you broke down. You told him everything that happened. A weight felt lifted. You felt light from your heart. Hisashi patted your back, just like he did in middle school.

'Don't worry. I will talk to Tsukishima. I will make sure he doesn't hurt you.'

'No... Don't do that. He will think that I'm making things up on my own. Its best if we keep it like this and wait and see if he does anything.'

'Whatever you say, Hiru.'

'Now, come on. Lets watch your favorite movie. I'll put on Zootopia. You grabbed some popcorn and watched your favorite comfort movie along with your brother. You forgot about your struggles and about Kei. This was the best way to spend an afternoon.

Authors Note - Hello, I know this was a very short chapter but the next chapter is going to be long so buckle up. I am so, so very grateful for 78 reads. I was literally shocked out of my mind. In the next chapter, get ready for some drama, jealousy, and a huge argument, which leads to something that takes both of you by surprise. (i didnt just give yall a spoiler lmao) (also i just edited this cuz i made it too dramatic lol).
