Annie's face went blank, her blue eyes dulled just a little as she stared at you. You watched it unfold with an innocent smile as if you didn't just say that you would practically kill yourself if you ever betrayed her.
"What's the matter, darling?" You tilted your head, your smile widening just a bit. "Did I say something wrong?"
At your nonchalant aura, Annie's gaze hardened and she glared at you coldly, still remaining silent. Not gonna lie...her cold blue eyes could definitely make you weak in the knees (Kinda already did though).
You sighed and walked passed her into the kitchen, taking in the scene that Eren and Ymir were whispering to each other in the living room, seemingly arguing about something.
Annie followed you, sparing a weird side glance to the entrance of the living room, before glaring at you even more and crossing her arms. She looked so cute.
"It's true." You started, taking off your jacket and discreetly covered up the police emblem. "I would do those things as punishment. You wanna know why? Because I love you and I would do absolutely anything for you." You took off your leathered gloves and put them inside a drawer, showing off your tattooed hands.
You then shook your head, Annie should know this by now; that you would do anything for her.
But would she do anything for you...?
You let out a breathe of shock when you heard his whisper at the back of your head. Of course she would! You thought apprehensively. Annie loves me, me and no one else. She said so herself.
Yeah? What if she betrays you instead of the other way around? What will you do?
That's not gonna happen. I'll make sure of it.
"Y/n!" Annie's voice snapped you out of your thoughts. "Are you even listening?"
You smiled sheepishly and said, "Sorry. Can you repeat that...?"
