She had an apartment at the top floor of a flats estate, and had full ownership of the roof/balcony above it. As you walk in, the kitchen is towards the left with a sofa and tv to the right. It's decorated with a series of greens, golds and blacks. It felt so warm.

It made me think back to my own apartment, not decorated but still providing that sense of warmth and homeliness. Like most days, I get this awful feeling in my heart- usually whenever I think of anything remotely associating with my life or future.

In this case, it's my life that I never got to have.

"So," She smiled, "What do you think?"

Once I'd stopped staring in awe, I turned back to look at her happy face.

"It's so great Ari, it's so nicely decorated in here,"

"Way better than the back room right," She laughed, me laughing in agreement.

"Right," I mumbled, calmly staring into her eyes.

Things had changed so much within the past two days, a sense of freedom had taken over in this solemnly strict situation. Taehyung and Aria both shared that feeling that deep down, the likeliness of them achieving the clearing of his name is very low. But why confirm that statistic by giving up. There was a shred of him that just needed to know, even if it didn't change the way the world viewed him.

Aria was hesitant in bringing Tae to the apartment. The journey there consisted of him hiding beside her, mask on with sunglasses and a hood. He managed to avoid looking suspicious but also maintained hiding his identity. To Aria, it was pretty funny to watch.

Here they were now, in this apartment, staring around at the decorated walls.

Today marks a month and 6 days since the murder of Lucas. A month and six days together, in their little cafe.

Staring.

It was soft, gentle yet passionate, at first. She held him tightly with both her arms holding his, kissing back harder as if it were a battle.

"Aria," He whispered, one of his hands previously placed on her face now tucking behind a loose stand of her soft brown hair.

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you really are,"

It was intense. The butterflies, the atmosphere.

"Tae," She began, cut off by another passionate meeting of Taes lips. His fingers looped between her ripped jeans, pulling her closer to him.

His hands moved around her waist, going up and down on her back as they were pinned against the wall. She kissed back, grabbing hold of his shirt and dragging him closer to her. He was hot, and not just in the looks way.

They both were. His hands trailed back up to her face, pulling apart so they could gaze into each other's eyes.

She was crying.

- Taehyung

My heart dropped.

"What's wrong? I'm sorry was it me, I shouldn't have been intrusive I-"

"No, no Tae it's not you," She sighed, attempting to wipe away her tears. It was impossible as they were only being replaced by more.

"It's just," She looked back up at me with her glassy, dark eyes, "I'm so scared,"

"Why?" I ask.

"I don't want to loose you. What if you're caught? What if we never get out of this? Constantly hiding and staying in that stupid cafe, what quality of life is that Tae? You deserve so much more," She sobbed, collapsing into my arms again.

It stabbed at me. Because she was right, and I knew it deep down as soon as the first week had passed.

"I just feel so guilty Tae," She whispered.

"Aria," I sighed, "None of this is your fault, you have honestly saved my life. If it wasn't for you, I would've stayed in that stupid alley way, who knows what would've happened," I held her tighter.

"Aria," I repeated.

I stood there for a minute, pondering whether this was the right time. Whether it was the right thing to say. But, I meant it.

"I love you," I whispered.
