Being home alone was miserable. Fez said he had 'business' to do today. Maddy invited me to go to Lexi and Cassie's house for the day.

Getting ready was basic, I wore a grey long sleeve shirt and jeans with my air forces.

I knew they'd all be getting high but Lexi so I had someone to keep me in check. Lexi was the most interesting out of the girls, she wasn't like them. I had to text Tina to let her know where I was going even though I knew she'd call their mom.

"I missed you rue." "I missed you more, you've been MIA all week" she looked at me with half opened eye indicated she was already high. "Your the sweetest" i smiled

We were all now in the sisters room talking. "Rue, do you have Molly" Maddy spoke up. "Uh. No but I do have weed and some shit Ashtray gave me to try" she said holding up a baggie and a blunt.

They decided to go with the blunt, me and Lexi passing. "Why aren't you smoking" kat looked at me funny "I'm clean and trying to stay that way"

It had been hours, me and Lexi talking as the other girl were sleep and Rue left. Lexi was a pretty down to earth kind of girl and I loved her for it.

Stepping outside was like a breath of fresh air until I got into fez's car the weed came back but not as strong.

"Rue told me that y'all were smoking" he was a little pissed seeing as she said 'y'all'
"There was no y'all to it, I didn't smoke" rolling my eyes he smiled believing me. For once we didn't have to argue about something stupid.

We soon parked at his house, "do you want to order something?" "That would be nice" I sat on the couch with ash watching Rick and Morty. "This your favorite show." "yeah" he never smiled or laughed when I was around.

We order Chinese and ate, it was time for me to go "i think it's time to go home" standing up from the couch Fez gave me a frown "your not going home, your staying here." "Well that's news to me, what about my mom?" I was worried. "Text her" I told her I was at Cassie's and told Cassie if she called there to tell her I was there.

"I'm going to bed now" ash walked into his room closing the door. "Is he okay?" "Yeah, he's just lonely" he gave me a light smile "I'll get you some clothes to sleep in" I was left alone in the living room

Fez came back with boxers and a plain black shirt. I had to take my make up off, in which I did. The clothes were slightly big and smelled of Fez. It made me feel a stuttering in my stomach.

"Thanks for the clothes" now in his bedroom "they always look better on you" he smirked, and i rolled my eyes. As I got closer to him in the bed he gave me a worrying look. "What the fuck." "What did I do now?" I questioned "who hit you Spencer" fuck fuck fuck fuck me. " No one, don't worry about it" I looked down covering my face with my face. "who." "Fez I'm okay, just let it go" laying down and he got up "have you been anywhere but school and to Lexi'?" He questioned again "no why?" he just groaned

"Your not going home anymore unless I'm with you" he had sat back down with me "you know how Tina is fez I can't just not go" he pulled my chin up so I was looking at him "Yeah I do know, she's not hurting you anymore Spencer, you don't deserve it" he's tone had now softened "maybe I do." "Why would you think that?"

"I'm always disobeying her" he pulled me into a hug "Spence, you never deserve to walk out of 'home' looking like that" he emphasize the home part. "Home is a safe place and clearly it's not for you, I'll take care of Tina" he mocked her name.

"Your a good friend Fezco" I planted a kiss on his cheek.

After what seemed like hours Spencer had fallen asleep on fez's chest. He kissed her forehead knowing what he was going to do. She wasn't staying in that house anymore. She'd live with them. He knew there where more bruises than he saw because Tina had done things like this before. That woman didn't deserve Spencer or her father. Fezco was going to protect her whatever way he could. It was safe to say he loved her and was slowly falling.
