45....46...47...48...49...50, Done!

I flopped on the floor, my arm's tired from trying to beat my personal push-up record, and failed, my max was somewhere around 60, and I had never really gotten any further.

I sighed, pushing myself up, supporting myself with my arm's, before rising.

I then stretched outwards as if trying to force the fatigue out of my system.

Pop!

Crack!

Instead, what i got were a bunch of satisfying bones cracking, like rusty clockwork, that had been left in water for a few years.

I sighed and decided to go into the Dungeon, of course, after a much needed rest.

I flopped onto my bed, slowly turning over.

Orario, huh?

I had so many questions about how I got here; and most importantly, why?

I mean, since I got here, I mostly just went wherever my life took me, not really worrying about my past, but now, actually having the time to dwell on it, I didn't know what to do.

I mean, sure, I could go back if I found a way, but didn't mean I had to go back, after all, for all I new, this could be the same earth, just different time period.

As far back as I could remember, I had always surrounded my monster, both literally and metaphorically, even before I was introduced to the world of Greek myth.

All those people, Nancy Bobofit, Gabe, they had all been monsters, even people like luke, who had eventually come back to our side, but then what?

He couldn't bring back the dead. He couldn't regress, prevent all the deaths he caused, whether they were indirect, or direct death's, he had some form of involvement.

But another question plagued my mind, more prominent than the others....

...had they survived?

Yeah, sure, Posiedon I killed Polybotes,  but what about Enceladus? Alcyoneus? Porphyrion?

Sure, they could have killed every giant, but I doubt they would have made it out unscathed, worst of all, I wasn't there to help, I was here relaxing in some hotel, in some town, and I didn't even know how I got here.

That was the million dollar question; How did I get here.

If I knew or simply got some information on how I got here, I would have a lead, somewhere to start, something to hopefully build up to.

Some way to get back home...

But I didn't have all that.

I was still in need of said information.

I sighed, my rest over, as I headed over to change, putting on a clean pair of simple cheap clothes and my chestplate, along with some bracers.

I started to make my way towards babel and, more importantly, to the dungeon.

I slowly walked down the stone stairs, my armor pressing up against me with each step.

Soon enough, I had made it to the third floor. As soon as I stepped a foot in, you could hear the sound of walls being broken.

I dropped into a stance, pulling out Riptide, and prepared it in front of me.

I slowly walked forward, prepared for any lizard, which had been particularly annoying, jumping at the worst possible times.

I sighed. Today was going to be a long day....

Swing!

Thud!

Another Kobold head hit the ground. They had become more powerful throughout the different floors, some gaining more intelligence, and coming at me with simple strategies.

I breathed in deeply, hoping to waste as little time recuperating as I could, Kobold's weren't the only thing that was in the dungeon.

After all, how could I forget about those pesky, little, Dungeon lizards.

I sighed, I had chosen this proffesion, and now, I had to live with it, to be fair, the monster's weren't that hard to take care of, but in bulk, I would need to have to be somewhat careful.

Focusing against one opponent is easier than having to kill a lot of mid level ones.

"This would be so much easier with another person...." I sighed. It would be easier with another person, but finding the person in question, now that was the problem.

I mean, who would want to team up with a person with no falna, much less, a level.

Sure, they didn't know I was a demi-god, but why would they? If they wanted him because he was a demi-god, then there was no point in joining them.

I huffed and prepared to go back to the surface, seeing as my pockets were really heavy, the fourth floor was the same.

Wonder when the monsters change?

I wasn't complaining, no, I was just curious, so far, the only things I had gotten to fight were Goblin's, Kobold's, and Dungeon Lizards.

Soon, though, I was pulled out of my thoughts at the sight of the stairs, the beautiful, beautiful, stair's.

As I walked up the stairs, I heard a really muffled sound coming from back in the dungeon.

It's probably just another monster spawning...

I brushed it off and continued on my way, destination, the guild.

---

I looked at the sky annoyed, it was dusk, about 5 minutes after exiting the dungeon, but the line for non-familia people was giant, on the other hand, for those who were registered, and had a familia, there was no line at all.

"Next!"

Someone yelled in front of me, I hadn't noticed the line moved forward, so I awkwardly approached the front desk.

"Uhh, I would like to sell some stones."

"Sure."

It was a simple process, I ha done it somewhere around four times now, tell her I wanted to sell, she would take it l, examine it, and give me the appropriate amount of valis, and I would be on my way, but just as she left, the door bust open, running through, the same guy from before....

...covered in blood?

He quickly ran to the front office of the registered people area, and the first thing I heard was.

"Tell me everything you know about Ais Wallenstien."
