Chapter 26 - Enough is enough

They have had enough...

It was after the trial and everyone was in the dining hall.

"We need tae stop this!" Scott slammed his hand down on the table.

"S-so, what do you suggest?" Sancia asked, holding Sheep in her arms.

Scott stayed silent and Jay scoffed,"Nothing? Really?"

"Come on-"

"I hate to be the bearer of bad news but... Jeff isn't here." Stevie spoke up.

"What are you talking about? They're-" Akira turned but... Jeff wasn't beside her.

All of a sudden, a crash was heard and the others rushed out into the hallway to see... Jeff and Monokuma arguing.

"I refuse!"

"Why not, little missy?" Monokuma asked.

Jeff was taken aback,"I'm NOT a girl!"

"Well, you were, weren't you?" He raised a brow.

Jeff clenched their fists,"You're just trying to get a reaction... I won't give you it."

"Well, Jessica, I don't see why you won't work with me anymore." Monokuma huffed.

"I barely did anything, I just set up a few things. Besides, it was-"

"Jeff..." Scott ran up to them.

Jeff had barely any time to react before they were pinned against the wall.

"Scott, please-" They begged.

"Shut yir fucking mooth!" Scott went to punch him but Akira grabbed his arm.

In response, Scott pulled his arm away and smacked her.

"Scott, calm down!" Jay yelled, cursing in Spanish under their breath.

"No, I-"

And a gunshot rang out... All eyes turned to Scott but he was unharmed. That's when Sancia fell to the floor, a gun in Jeff's gloved hands.

"You bastard!" Scott pulled Jeff off the wall just to slam him against it again.

"Stop!" Stevie cried.

Daiko was in shock. Jeff had just someone, just killed someone! Jay grabbed his shoulder as Monokuma laughed.

"This will certainly be an easy trial!" He giggled,"How about this? We come and see you all for a farewell?"

"So... You're finally gonna show your sorry face..?" Daiko spat.

"Why of course, my dear boy." Monokuma's tone switched.

Daiko shuddered and Stevie glared.

"Meeting face to face, huh?" Stevie hummed,"Come on guys."

And so they did, all climbing into the elevator for the very last time...
