Chapter 8 - What's new?

Monokuma has opened up the second floor, big wow! What does it have in store for our group of students?

Kirari walked into a large room,"A pool? Damn."

"Hm, why does this feel strange?" Dimitri asked,"It really isn't but it doesn't feel right."

Kirari turned around,"Oh, hi! It probably doesn't feel right because someone could possibly drown."

Dimitri nodded slowly,"Lovely."

"Yup. Shall we go to another room?" Kirari asked.

"We shall." He nodded as the pair exited the pool area.

"Let's go explore here." Kirari suggested as she pointed to a door along the corridor.

Ray made some coffee with the coffee maker in the library. Scorpius walked in and spotted Ray, she knew he was in a bad mood and so turned to leave.

"And where are you going, hm?" Ray asked without turning around, having heard her footsteps.

"Uh, to look around more?" She turned around.

"Scorpius, I know nothing about you. For all I know, you could've thought about murdering me and just decided not to." Ray explained, still not turning around as he made his coffee.

"Same goes to you." Scorpius rolled her eyes,"You aren't exactly the most trustworthy."

"Fair 'nough." Ray nodded.

"So, are you going to let me leave or are you going to interrogate me?" Scorpius asked.

"You called leave." Ray waved.

"Thanks." She nodded, backing out of the library.

When Dimitri and Kirari entered, Jeff was already inspecting all of the various games.

"Hi, Jeff!" Kirari waved,"Whatcha got there?"

"Billiards, darts and chess." Jeff smiled,"There's some others but I'm not sure about them."

"Nice!" Kirari looked around.

"I can tell you're excited about chess." Dimitri chuckled.

"Very!" Jeff nodded quickly.

Ash heard voices along the hall and decided to investigate. Entering the room, she found Kirari, Dimitri and Jeff.

"Hey, guys." She spoke, walking over to them.

"Ah, hello." Jeff nodded.

"What'cha doing?" Ash asked politely.

"Just exploring, looking around." Dimitri shrugged.

"Maybe we can play all these games together one day." Kirari suggested.

"We're definitely playing chess." Jeff answered.

"Ooh, I don't know how to play chess!" Ash exclaimed,"Could you teach me?"

"Of course I can." Jeff nodded,"I'm the Ultimate Chess Player and a Chess Grandmaster."

"Can you teach me as well?" Kirari asked.

"Yeah!" Ash spoke excitedly,"This'll be so fun!"

Kirari smiled,"Well, let's have a look at the other games. I think I see Monopoly."
