49 - aftermath

" Janessa " I heard someone say along with beeping.

It's like my whole body was numb.

" Janessa " the voice said again and that's when I realized it was a girl.

I feel like i'm in a hospital..

What happened-

* flashback to the bombing *

I couldn't move but there was alot of smoke.

I'm here..

But I can't see..

This is a serious situation but I had to be dramatic- nothing too harsh.

I heard stuff falling and i finally forced my eyes open.

Smoke clouded my vision and i hoarsely yelled.

" HENRY! DIANA! SOMEBODY! "

Ew they're seeing me vulnerable.

I'm still confused on why Stephanie would do this.

This has got to be a nightmare because she'd never do that.

Maybe she's being threatened?

No- I'm not excusing any of her actions.

I need to get to the bottom of this.

But i'll deal with her laterz

I heard the sound of footsteps and i quickly closed my eyes.

Sadly I have to play dead.

" JANESSA! " I heard a yell.

I peaked through my eyelids and saw Henry so that made me let out a sigh and open my eyes fully.

" are you okay? " he asked coughing.

" yeah, you? " I asked slowly getting up and he helped me up.

" yeah " he said clearing his throat.

" have you seen- " I started and Diana came into my view bloody and limping.

" are you both okay? " Diana asked.

" we need to get your family to a hospital " Henry said gesturing behind me and i saw indeed almost my whole family down yet slightly moving.

" I got them, I need you two to go get in the car " I said to both of them.

" no we're helping " Diana said and they both walked to them.

I looked around and saw Anthony slowly getting up along with a few other people from a different mafia.

Good he's okay.
