Winter break had finished quite quickly. Since everything had ended smoothly, time went by fast. Sunoo and I went on countless dates and started to become more comfortable... as boyfriend and girlfriend. The most memorable moments will be kept inside of me, especially because most of those moments were quite um... sensual? Sensual in a good way, I promise! After all, we're high schoolers, not even... married-
No, I'm getting off track again. I take a look at the clock as I grab the apple off the table. I was late, like, extremely late. It seems like Jiyoon was still doing her makeup and Jongseong wasn't even awake. So, I run out of the door in hopes to salvage the minutes I have. By the way, this is just one of the countless days that Jongseong misses his cue to wake up. There has never been a day he enjoyed school oversleeping.
Running down the stairs, I get ready to fix my tie. The bumpy stairwell wasn't helping me all that much, so I decided to do it when I got to the ground level. I feel like I'm running from zombies because I am so exhausted from the short amount of running. I never want to do it again after this. "Areum!" I halt at the sound of my name, causing me to narrow my eyes at the person on the sidewalk. His blonde hair catches me by surprise, so I run over.
"Sunoo!" I exclaim, waving at him as I jog over. "What are you doing here? You're usually not late and hate being late... Did you wake up late as well?"
"No, I just wanted to wait for you," He smiles, grabbing the tie from my hands. As he speaks to me, he wraps it around my neck, starting to fold it over. "After all, this marks the first day we go public as a couple, or even being a couple, considering it happened the day starting our break. Do you think people will be surprised?"
His question makes me laugh, and I start to shake my head. "Of course not."
"Why?"
"Jiyoon told me people bet on us starting to date," Sunoo widens his eyes as he fixes the tie, moving away to grab my hand. When he does, he kisses it. "She told me she won money. She knew about us dating from the very start, too."
