matt and nick came back to the house to pick me a chris up. "i'll get in the backseat and sit with tessa." nick said from the passenger seat. "no it's ok i'll sit back here." chris said. "what?? you hate sitting in the back seat. you always sit in the front with me." matt said. "i know but i feel like it's time for a change. i'll sit with tessa and you can sit up there nick." chris suggested. "well ok, if that's how you want it." nick said.

matt drove us to the party. there were tons of cars parked outside. i had never been to a party before so this would be interesting. we walked inside to see a sea of people dancing and talking.

a guy approached us and hugged chris. "ayee so glad you guys could make it." the guy said. "alex dude, thanks for inviting us." chris said. "hey no problem man. good to see you guys again. matt and nick i feel like i haven't seen you two in forever." alex said. "i know man it's been a while." matt added.

"yo who's your friend? she's kinda hot." alex whispered to matt, chris, and nick. "dude back off shes our friend." matt said. "and she's not available." chris mumbled. "actually she's my friend and she's is very much single and available." nick said. "gosh nick you make my love life sound so sad." i laughed.

"hi i'm alex." alex said while shaking my hand. "i'm tessa nice to meet you. and cool party." i replied. "so, tessa since you're single and available, would you wanna join us in a game of spin the bottle?" alex asked. "no i don't think that's a good idea. we'll all just watch." chris suggested. "i was asking tessa not you chris." alex laughs.

"i'll play if nick plays." i said. "i'm down." nick said. "matt, chris would you like to join us?" alex asked. "sure why not?" matt said. "come on chris. don't be lame." nick said. "uhh fine i'll play." chris said.

alex walked us into the living room area where there was a group of people playing spin the bottle. "i got 4 more people to play." alex said. "alright cool. so i'll explain the rules incase none of you have ever played before. alright so, you spin the bottle and whoever it lands on you have to kiss. and i'm not just talking a peck on the lips, i mean a realll kiss. got it, alright let's play." a girl explained.

i sat and watched a few people go and then a girl handed me the bottle and said "your turn." "oh no just pass me." i said. "no no, you gotta spin." alex said. "ok" i replied nervously.

i looked around the circle at all of these people i didn't know. i mean it wouldn't be such a bad thing to kiss one of them i'd probably never even see them again.

i took the bottle and spun it as hard as i could. i watched it go around and around and around. i got nervous as i saw it start to slow down and then it came to a stop. oh my gosh i get to kiss...
