Katherine's POV:
It was a regular monday morning. My hair was a mess, i was tired as hell. So as usual i got up, got dressed an headed out the door for school. Oh yay. Once i got to school, I saw my best friend Megan Standing there yelling my name.
" Kat come we're gonna be late for the assembly!!!"
" I'm coming!"
I ran as fast as possible, but then something caught my eye. It was a man dressed all in black leather, blue eyes and black shoulder length hair.
*whispers* " Don't go."
Then he dissapered. I dont know who it was, but he was sure attractive looking.
" Come on Kat!!! Your slower than my grandmother!"
" Sorry."
" What the hell were you looking at??" She asked confused.
" Nothing" I said quickly.
" ok then lets go"
We went inside and into the assembly, and boy it was not normal. There were men dressed in black cloaks, all the students were tied up against the wall. Then one of the men looked at me.
" who the hell are these people Kat??"
I dont know, but we aren't sticking around to find out."
We ran back as fast as we could. The black figures were chasing after us.
" RUN MEGAN!!!"
She caught up with me and we hid around a bush.
" So this is your master plan Kat, To hide in a fucking bush!!"
" Shhhhhhhh, be quiet. We need to find somewhere to go."
I looked over and saw a bus that said, "Come aboard to Arizona!!!" BINGO!! thats where we will go.
" Meg, see that bus over there?"
" Yeah."
"We need to get on that bus now!! Follow me."
We snuck onto the bus and the keys were still in the ignition. Good thing i have my drivers permit.
" Do you even know how to drive??"
" Yeah, I think."
" oh lord pray for us."
I turned on the bus and drove as fast as possible. Then all of a sudden it came to a hault in a dry desert.
" Kat why did we stop??" Megan asked scarcly
" Ummm we are out of gas."
" FUCK!!!"
Look like we will be on foot for now. Lets just hope we can find THEM in time.
