Chapter 4

Tom's POV:
"What?!! I am not doing that! What is wrong with you?!" I yelled at Janna and Star through the phone.

"Star's idea. I'm just here," Janna responded back.

"C'monn, why not? You've already admitted you feel something so why not do it?" Star tried to persuade.

"Just stop whatever you're trying to do. It's not going to work! Oh and I didn't admit anything!!"

"Please!" Star begged. "What would you want for exchange??"

Hm.. They're really going to bribe me to do this? I mean, if I get something out of it.. it's just handing some flowers. That's all.

"Ugh, fine. I either want a date with Star or a new bunny."

"Why another bunny?" Janna asked.

"Because my current bunny should have a friend."

"WELL, SOUNDS LIKE A PLAN!" Star blurted out. "We'll get you another bunny because I will certainly not go out with you!" Wow. Could've said that nicer. "So, you know what you gotta do, right?"

"Yeah, yeah. Buy some flowers, go up to the door, give them to him. This is so stupid."

"That's what I said," Janna chimed.

"Anyways, it's not stupid and yes that is what you do."

"I don't get why you're trying to set us up though."

"None of your concern! Anyways, bye!" Star shouted as she hung up.

Well, guess I have to buy some flowers now?? Wait, from here or Earth???

Meanwhile
Star's POV:
"Wait, why are we trying to set them up?" Janna asked me. "What even is the point of this?"

"Well, if we can get them together then we're all happy, duh. Tom gets someone he loves, Marco gets love, I get to be free from Tom's pestering, see?"

"So, you're also basically doing this for your own benefit?"

I paused. "No.. OKAY, WELL, MAYBE NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT, MAYBE I WAS AT FIRST! But now it's like, they could be good for each other."

"Uh huh, okay."

Tom's POV:
So I got the flowers, from Earth. Since he comes from Earth and now I can tell a very big difference from our flowers.

I was at his house's porch. I really don't want to do this. Free bunny friend for my bunny though. I took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

"MARCO GO GET THE DOOR!" I heard Star yell. Wow, that was actually really loud. I smiled at that.

I heard slight muttering coming from inside and it getting closer, that's when the door opened.

"Uh.. Tom? What are you doing here?" Marco asked, pointing at me with a confused look. He then looked down at my hand and saw the flowers. "Are you here to ask Star out again? Dude, for the millionth time, she's just not into you."

I swear I'm gonna to kill this guy. "I am not here to ask out Star and you don't know that," I told him. He rolled his eyes. I cleared my throat. "They're for you," I said, with a hint of nervousness. He seemed to have been very shocked and taken back from this because his eyes became really wide and he just stood there.

"Here! Just take it!" I said as I shoved the flowers into his face. Marco took them with slight confusion. "Uh, thanks.. I guess. Um, they're pretty..?" He said,  a bewildered look attached to his face.

This silence is very awkward. That's when Star came. "OH WOW, FLOWERS!" She shouted as she faked to be surprised. "From Tom to you, Marco! Does this mean you guys are going to go on a date?!"
