Hermione ran through the school jumping over the lifeless bodies of her friends, trying to get away from that person. Her eyes widened as she saw him and she began crying, begging for it to stop.
"Leave me alone!" she screamed in horror. The shadow seemed unaffected by her pleas. He reached out to her and she fell backwards screaming loudly. She landed on a body, who she will later discover was a corpse of Ginevra Weasley, and then he grabbed her by the hair lifting her up in the air. Hermione scremed from the sudden pain and looked around frantically for help.
She opened her eyes and the screaming stopped but the tears were still flowing. She tried to take deep breaths but her lungs refused to take the air into them. It took her a couple of minutes to start breathing normally again.
The clock read 02:40 am which meant another sleepless night. She could never go back to sleep after her nightmares. Nothing could calm her down after them.
The sound of footsteps approached her door and she got out of the bed with a speed of light. Bringing a wand wasn't even on her mind as a strange adrenaline pumped through her veins.
She violently opened the door only to come face to face with a tall blonde boy.
"What are you doing in front of my room?" She asked angrily. Her hair was a mess and her tears still stained her pretty face. A few wet strands of hair spread across her blushed cheeks but she didn't care. He had seen her look way worse than this.
"Casting a silencing spell." He said as he raised a wand.
"How kind of you."
He ignored her comment as he cast a silencio on her room.
There was no point in fighting with Malfoy at 2 am so she returned to her room and slammed the door as hard as she could.
Somehow she managed to get more angry at him than scared of her nightmare.

"Look who finally decided to show her face around here."
"Good morning to you too Harry." She said with a soft smile that didn't reach her eyes. Her dark circles were very visible and her hair was tangled more than usual. Harry undoubtedly noticed but kept his mouth shut and for that she was grateful.
The griffindor common room was quiet for the first time ever and she felt like she is slowly being suffocated. The only reason she came here was to find Ron but he clearly wasn' here.
Harry was silently reading his morning newspaper and after ten minutes of waiting patiently she gave up hope that Ron would show up any second. Harry closed his paper and looked at Hermione sitting in an armchair.
"I assume something happened?" he asked with concern etched in his voice."Nothing happened Harry, I'm just exhausted." She replied with a yawn.
"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked looking at her curiously.
"No," She responded immediately.
Harry simply nodded his head and turned his attention back on his newspaper. "Are you here for Ron?"
She nodded.
"He's sleeping, do you want to stay for awhile?" Harry asked smiling.
"No actually I have to catch up on my studies now so I'll be leaving."
"Okay..." He replied with a worried expression.
"Is there anything you need?" Hermione asked feeling slightly guilty for not staying longer but she just couldn't face anyone right now.
