Discovery of damon

Who would have known NewYork is so big! I have never been far outside Mystic Falls, you know, being a broke waiter and all, so it is quite nice to be in new place for once. Elena and I went to see this witch who did a locator spell to find where Damon is. Surprisingly he was at a flower shop, so we headed there.

"I just don't get it out of everywhere he could be, a flower shop! Seriously? I thought he would be held captive so I would swap you for him or something but he isn't even in danger." Elena said.

"Maybe he is buying flowers for another girl! I am sorry Elena he is probally cheating on you. I would never do that, I'm not like them other boys. I would have you as my main priority!" I told Elena, hoping it would spark some sort of reaction .

"Matt I swear you need to shut up or-" Elena said as i cut her off.

"Or what? What is going to happen. Elena you said this earlier and didn't do anything" I say.

She grabs my neck and lifts me off the ground.

"I can feel the blood pulsing through your veins. Thinking of it, I'm getting hungry. Watch your mouth Donovan or you will be my next meal." Elena threatens as she puts me back down.

"Sorry. I'm sure there is an explanation, let's go find him" I replied and started walking to the location of the shop.

The flower shop was about a 15 minute walk from where we were, so by the time we got there our legs were aching a lot.

"Finally! Damon better be here" I say.

"Well i would hope so Matt considering that's the reason we are here!" Elena replied, opening the door to the shop.

The smell of fresh flowers hit my face as I entered the shop. It was much larger than I expected it to be, and there must have been hundreds of different followers there, everything from roses and tulips to lavender and lilies, they had them all.

"Elena have a look for Damon, I need to do something." I said.

"Alright." She said, already half way across the shop.

I decided to buy some flowers for Elena to make up for annoying her so much this trip, and decided to get a bouquet of different kinds.  I asked the flouriest to pick out her favourites. There were roses, daffodils, tulips and some lavender too.

I could hear Elena arguing with someone across the other side of the shop, so me being me, I decided to listen into their conversation.

"YOU COULD HAVE CALLED! I THOUGHT YOU HAD BEEN KIDNAPPED AND SKINNED ALIVE!" Elena yelled furiously.

"I can explain, just calm down baby." Damon replied, calmly.

Well it's clear she found Damon! I walk over to them and give Elena the flowers.

"Elena these are to say sorry for being so annoying this trip. I hope you forgive me." I say.

"AWH thank you Matt!" She says gratefully, sniffing the flowers.

As we are exiting the shop, Elena started breathing really heavily. Damon realised something was wrong as well as he helped her sit down.

"Oh my god Matt, what flowers are in here?" Damon asked me worriedly.

"Umm... roses, daffodils, tulips and lavender, I think."

"Donovan you stupid rat, she is deathly allergic to daffodils!" He says, as he wraps his arm around Elena and picks her up. "She will be dead in like a minute, great. Let's take her to the car and head home, it will take a few hours for her to wake after she dies anyway. At least she won't need to deal with you any longer" Damon said angrily.

"Oh. So Damon, from man to man, why were you in NewYork on your own?" I ask curiously.

"None of your business you beady eyed brat. Keep your nose out of other peoples businesses. And now Elena is dead, thanks to you, you melon!" he replies with a snarky tone in his voice.

"Oh i get it. Your having an affair, is it now?" I reply, trying to intimidate him.

"Forgets sake, of course not! It's this other reason but I can't say." Damon said .

"That's what they all say but if you don't have an excuse, no one will believe you and Elena is going to think you cheated on her and are hiding it." I tell him.

"Fine. But if you tell anyone what is going on here I will snap off your leg and feed it to my pet goldfish." He said.

"Damon you don't have a goldfish."

"Yet. I don't have a goldfish yet, and as soon as you get one your going to be it's dinner. Let's go to the car." Damon said, as he starts carrying Elena's body to the vehicle.
