✵This story was based on a prompt that a friend gave to me. But, sadly, it inspired another novel that was way longer than my other one. Again. So, I have made things up as I went along, but I still plan things out before writing.
✵It is a romance.
BUT!
Considering I don't like romance without being a subplot, it's a mixture of fantasy and action.
✵The plot is slow. So the pacing is slower. And yes, it's a slow burn too if I want to add any more brownie points.
✵To be fair, this novel has gotten me through my depression in the beginning of 2022. So there will be scenes I just carelessly wrote about and what I've been told that is pretty sad. And I was unaware of it. But everyone has their own opinion, so keep it in mind.
✵Considering I don't know how to start a novel, this will begin with how I wrote the prompt. And things will be explained later on. I don't like overwhelming my audience and am a sucker for foreshadowing, so any important information will be scattered throughout.
✵I've done my best at researching and had one of my freinds point out any historical/medical mistake I made. BUT! I am still open to critique.
✵Last mention! I love to dedicate this novel to Tea and Deb. My first readers and my biggest motivation to keep going. Their advice and support were really helpful to be close to the finish. And without them, I wouldn't have made it to 50k within 3 to 4 months.
