I wouldn't say I'm an expert at doing romantic scenes. In the beginning, I wasn't even comfortable with them. But somehow I managed. As an actor doing the main protagonist roles, it was an unavoidable part of our jobs.

Now that I think of it, most of the love scenes in my career were with Gun. We do have great chemistry on-screen. Well, as a matter of fact, we are comfortable off-screen as well. So, this scene did not worry me too much. Also, because I knew I could trust Gun and he trusted me, I felt we could breeze through.

We already had completed the biggest problem part - the rooftop kiss scene was far more difficult that we had imagined. We were hungry, overworked, and constantly worried, if it would at all satisfy P'Nuchy or not. Her standards are high. Unquestionably.

When we started discussing the tent scene, I thought it could be difficult if we had to do multiple retakes. Such scenes couldn't be done uniformly. Which hand goes where, my face is on the right or left, the lighting, angles...all these were just too many things to keep in mind. That's why I was relieved when I heard, it would be in 2 takes.

Gun was relieved too. He was so tired. He hadn't slept properly. He hadnt eaten properly. He was far more overworked than I was. So, I decided to take the lead after he told me to. That's how we have always supported each other. It was my turn to support him. My Nong. My senior. My best friend and partner. And... My....

The moment P'Nuchy cried "Action" I mentally said a short prayer "Please let this scene be what P'Nuchy wants."
And I entered the tent after watching Gun's little body slide inside.
