Ben Ravenscroft was indeed one of my favorite Scooby Doo villains. I admired him when he behaved as a rational, well mannered, and intelligent man. Especially since he had that whole hot college professor look about him. When it was discovered that he had wicked intentions, it made me even more interested in him. Gotta say, he is an excellent actor. He could have made it in the world of theater. His manipulation and darkness just makes him all the more attractive. He did show a redeeming quality when he tried to undo what he had done. Sadly, it caused him to be imprisoned forever. Poor man.
