Quackerjack maybe a total cuckoo in the head, but he is also kind of adorable. He has the funniest sense of humor. He is always in a good mood. Very clownish. And he is pretty smart. I mean, those toys he creates, while very dangerous, are very impressive. Also, he's a one man circus. Always fun.
