"Minjeong! Hurry up, what's taking so long?!?" This time, Yeji was the one shouting at the dazed girl as she kept reading her family's names over and over again.

"S-sorry." She slammed the case closed and climbed over the shelves to the same ledge from earlier.

Without Yeji, Minjeong had a wider gap to jump and reach the vent opening for. With an inhale, she leapt and grabbed onto the ledge, but the dust made her fingers slip.

"Minjeong!" The three girls yelled.

Fortunately, Yeji caught her forearm before she could fall to the ground. But Minjeong winced in pain when Yeji's nails dig into her skin.

"Sorry." Yeji squeezed out as blood dripped down her arm. She groaned as she hoisted the younger girl up.

The girls sighed in relief while Yeji and Minjeong breathed heavily in the vents.

"Is everyone okay?" Jimin asked the two girls.

"Yeah, just slipped." Minjeong panted and helped Yeji closed the lid again.

"Let's go." Yeji exhaled heavily and led the way out again.

"Don't scare me like that again, you got it Minjeong!" Ryujin yelled as the duo entered the van.

"Yeah, I'm sorry." Minjeong slumped into her seat.

Yeji took the passenger seat as Ryujin started driving.

"It's okay. At least we have the file." Yeji tried to calm the younger girl down.

"Yeah, but what would've happened if you weren't there? Minjeong, you could've caused a ruckus!" Ryujin said, fuming.

Minjeong furrowed her brows as she was confused about Ryujin's outburst.

"Ryu. I already told you, it's alright. Nothing bad happened." Minjeong replied in a serious, but calm manner.

"But it could've!"

"But it didn't! What are you not understanding here?!" Minjeong said, slowly losing her patience.

"I'm not understanding why you weren't focusing! You could've died or been seriously hurt if you triggered the alarms!" Ryujin huffed.

Yeji grabbed the girl's shoulder. "Hey, hey. Calm down okay? You're still driving."

Ryujin let out a shaky breath and composed herself. Meanwhile, Minjeong remained quiet as she stared out the window.

Jimin, who was silently observing the girl, looked down at her arm. She leaned close to the girl and caught her attention. "Hey, you're bleeding."

Minjeong looked at the girl and then looked down to see her blood still leaking down her arm.

"I'm okay." She said and turned back to the window.

Jimin shook her head and grabbed the younger girl's arm. She grabbed the first aid kit and got out a clean cloth, all while Minjeong was silently watching.

"We don't have any alcohol right now so this'll have to do." Jimin said and wrapped the arm up.

The silence in the car continued even after they arrived at the house.

Ryujin quickly left the car and slammed the door shut, without even locking the car. The two older girls watched as the younger girl stomped her way inside and finally turned to Minjeong once Ryujin was inside.

The shorter girl just sighed and moved to get out, but Jimin caught her shoulder.

"I'm fine unnie. Really." Minjeong automatically replied once she saw the worried looks from the older duo. She left the girls, but didn't go inside. Instead, she went towards the front garden and Jimin knew exactly where she was headed.
