The otherside.
It scares me so.
How to fight?
I fall asleep again.
I get lost again.
The immense impasse, the immense space, the darkness which extends on the otherside absorbs me.
Thick as Indian ink, this black space engulfs me every time.
And my ears are hundreds of bees hoarding my eardrums.
I float.
I float in an ocean of dry tears.
On the otherside, there is this scaffold, far behind, proudly enthroned in the middle of nothing.
There are also these red flowers, on the ground, which is not really a ground, on a ground where I cannot walk. Because... it is not a ground.
It is...
Nothing.
A gigantic nothing that extends far into another nothing...
And then this blood.
Veins, like a complex piping, on what we can call a wall, which again is not really one.
It is there, but it is not material. I can't touch it.
It's black.
It's cold.
This blood in these enormous veins disgusts me.
It repels me.
There is also...
This tree.
It looked like this when I was just a kid.
It shines in this eternal night, this sidereal void.
It should reassure me, but it is not the case...
And...
This thing...
This blade...
I hate it.
It is...Scary... So...
Oh.
I wake up.

I blow :
"Ace? You're finally awake..."
I continue :
"It took a long time this time.
_Hmm..."
He holds his head.
I continue :
"A good four hours, you scared me."
He doesn't say anything, he just watches me.
"You had a fever, and then no one has come in yet. They're probably in the bars."
They straighten up, plunge their dark crystals into my gaze.
So deep.
Pearls of winter nights.
His skin is pale.
Almost translucent.
It is the splash of a drop of milk on a golden cloth, spun by a tiny spider.
His freckles are fine grains of sand from heavenly beaches.
His mouth is a pure rosebud, just born of a new spring.
Its fruity scent reminds me of wild strawberries hidden in the thickest wood on the planet.
He looks away.
