Crow slammed the metallic vault door and rushed Gray down to the basement. There were many boxes of food and water laying on the cold marble ground.

Gray was surprised when he saw an emergency evacuation ship right in front of him. It was a custom made cargo ship that had a simple steel exterior that was painted a pretty white color. There was two arrow-dynamic wings that fitted perfectly on the sides with mini rocket boosters. They took efficient xenon gas which is easy to find in the different quadrants.

He helped him package food and water in the ship and got in the ship. The engine automatically started and he drove the ship out of the station. Meanwhile, Crow was in engineering, witnessing all checks on the systems.

Gray scowled when he flew past ashes of the 'Black Market international building'. He loved that store; basically, he bought anything that he wanted there. That was how he got the taxi car. He also bought some very comfortable neon slippers discreetly. If he would of bought at normal website, he would of been exposed and humiliated in front of the entire community. He did not want to be known as "The first executive leader to purchase neon slippers."

Everything was vaporizing into ashes. Even the poor jungs and madchen.

After viewing the traumatizing effects of Crow's experiment, Gray finally flew the ship out of the planet. Then he put the ship on auto pilot and on warp 5. He left the pilot's station while it was still operating, and went to check on Crow.

Crow was very upset that he destroyed his own planet. Gray slowly comforted him and said,

"Everything is going to be all right."

Crow just nodded and went to his private cabin. He took a couple shots of pure alcohol and stepped into the shower to relax his thoughts.

While standing in the steamy water, he reflected his actions and realized that even though his planet is gone, he still had his fortune and Gray was not harmed. He was traumatized from the destruction but safe.

Crow stepped out of the shower and put on a casual camouflaged shirt and blue shorts. He also remembered his gloves; to conceal his hideous hands. Gray has asked about them before but he made a silly excuse about 'the professionalism in sharp looking gloves'.

Meanwhile, Gray was in the exercise room, lifting some weights. He first started with the arm curls, then the squats, then the treadmill. For 30 minutes he ran at setting 8/10. He was always very good at running...even back then in school; he always placed 1st in every one of his track meets. Sadly, he gave the fame up to move on to better studies (like being vice president for example). Long after the given up career, Gray liked to run in his spare time.

When he was done, he cleaned the sweaty equipment and headed the kitchen to get a salad.

Suddenly,

"BOOM!"

The ship started to spin very fast in 360's. Crow exclaimed,

"Gray? Why are you NOT flying the ship. You know how horrible the auto pilot function operates!"

Gray charged to the station. Surprisingly, he was not fast enough to fix the problem. The ship was heading nose-first into a populated planet in the main quadrant. He applied all brakes and pulled up and realized that was a big mistake.

The ship impacted the ground back first and Crow screamed,

"WHAT THE-"

Crow could not finish his sentence as a sheet of metal was flying towards his head. He closed his eyes and felt a little pain but it went away immediately. He found himself in tribble-land where the softest, fuzziest, ones roamed. They were many vivid colors and spoke little purrs that were music to his ears.

Gray heard a big crash in the engineering room and felt a little shake. Then everything stopped. He looked out the window to find that the ship landed in the middle of a big farm field. He went to the engineering room to find Crow knocked with his head bleeding severely.

The medics came in and wheeled Crow and Gray to the hospital. They put Crow in urgent care and examined Gray. The X-rays did pick up that he had a little tissue damage from radiation. Luckily it was diagnosed as a minor condition and they just gave him some medication. He guessed that Crow was in a worsened state.

They had to stitch up his head and fully clean his blood; he had life-threatening radiation poisoning. They also disinfected the ship so no disease would spread.

Crow awoken soon enough with the medics explaining everything. Luckily he brought his big stash of credits and payed for the ship damage and medical bills. He explained to them that the ship was having extreme problems and bought a better coolant system and an efficient auto pilot function.

Crow was still a little angry with Gray but trusted him enough to fly the ship again. Instead of staying in the engineering room, he sat right next to him in pilot station and checked every move he made. It was very pressuring for Gray. Crow had no idea how to fly a ship and was glad that somebody did.

They left the main quadrant and went into the rebel quadrant. It was very far away from the original delta quadrant.
