"This mission is very important. Hailey, we need you to help us save the world." My mouth gaped open in shock.
"B-but, why me? Why not some more trained proffesional?"
"Well, if you are the correct Hailey Allen, dark brown hair, brown eyes, about 5ft."
"You just described me perfectly." I mutter in confusion. How did they know me, where I lived, what I looked like, and my name?
"You have superhuman powers Hailey. You are not ordinary, and we need you to be a special spy on our team."
"I don't believe it. How is it possible for me to have superhuman powers? There is no way."
"Well we're not exactly sure, but we just know that you were adopted and your original parents were mad scientists. Very sad actually. I'm sorry. But that's what we think happened." Thoughts race through my mind and I become dizzy. I steady myself by placing my hand on the table. "I'm sorry. This is a lot for you to take in at once."
"I'm alright. I can handle it. Now, when exactly do I get to test these 'superhuman' powers?"
"Well, if you accept this mission, then you can test them in our headquarters tommorow afternoon. Do you accept?" I ponder the thought a minute before answering.
"Yes. I accept." I answer bravely.
"Alright, now remember, don't breathe a word of this conversation to anybody."
"Alright." I reply.
