Chapter 57: Battle of New York City

Narrator pov

Izuku and Ochako stood against the smoke and dust flying past them. Once it cleared Hisashi was standing on the ground, he was looking around like he was confused.

"It has been so long since I've been on earth...I'm not used to the gravity here." He says.

"That doesn't matter right now." Izuku says clenching his chest because of the pain.

"It's finally time we take you out." Ochako says holding onto izuku's other hand.

Hisashi looks at them blankly.

"I won't go down without a fight." He says lightly before running toward them.

Izuku cracks his neck to the side.

"Ochako I'll fight him head on you take vantage points." Izuku says to Ochako before bolting toward his father.

Ochako jumps onto a building and runs along it. She looks down and sees Izuku fighting Hisashi,

'Hisashi's combat is surprisingly good without having arms.' Ochako thinks to herself as she starts to form a ball of energy using one for all in her hand.

'One for all has gotten so powerful my body can't handle it, but at least now I can use it as a psychical weapon for range as well.' Ochako monologues.

Ochako connect's to Izuku via telepathy and begins to throw the one for all sphere.

'6'oclock incoming!' Ochako says.

Izuku dodges to the right quickly and the sphere Ochako threw hits Hisashi in the torso making him cough up more blood.

Izuku smirks and uses his position to throw himself up and roundhouse kick his father, sending him flying to the right into a building, making it start to collapse.

She hears a scream and sees a child on the roof of the building.

"HELP US! WE DIDNT EVACUATE!" A woman next to the child yells.

'Shit.' Ochako thinks to herself before she feels a jolt of energy.

Time starts to slow down for her, she jumps up and starts to scale the slowly falling building.

'Is time slowing down for everyone else?' Ochako asks Izuku through telepathy.

Izuku doesn't answer for a few seconds and Ochako looks down at him to see him with his mouth open as he runs toward Hisashi.

'Nnnooooooo' Izuku says sounding slow.

'I guess I'm just fast then.' Ochako thinks to herself as she runs to the child at the top of the building.

She stops and the boy screams and falls back.

"Are you okay?!" Ochako asks as the boy recuperates.

"You're fast!" He says before shaking his head.

"Anyways they're in the building that's falling as we speak!" The boy says before Ochako starts sprinting into the building

She runs down the stairs, since everything is slowed for her she could see every detail, papers flying slowly and cracks appearing in the building.

She spots people running down the stairs, she punches a hole in the side of the building using one for all and grabs everyone quickly, she flies back up to the top and grabs the boy there.

She runs to the edge of the city and sees water, she places the people in a boat and runs back to the falling building.

Her eyes widen.

'Holy shit it's the Empire State Building!' Ochako thinks to herself as she looks and sees Izuku land a punch on Hisashi.

She looks and sees the buildings under the Empire State about to get destroyed. She clenched her fist and blitzes over and makes sure everyone is evacuated before the building can even move a foot.

She connects to Izuku via telepathy again.

'Stand still, this is gonna hurt but make sure Hisashi gets hit as well!' Ochako says to him before running up a skyscraper behind the Empire State Building.

'Alright!' Izuku communicates back.

Ochako Breathes in and jumps toward the Empire State.

'Boost!' She says before activating a boost quirk along with one for all and any strength quirk she has access too.

She punches the building making it accelerate at unmatched speeds straight into the ground. A loud boom fills the city. Thousands of glass shards start to fall from around the whole city.

Ochako feels her ears pop but lands on another building.

'Izuku are you okay?!' She says through telepathy.

She hears him coughing.

'Yeah! Come help me out down here!' He says before the connection cuts off.

A shockwave goes through the Empire State's remains and out comes Izuku. Hisashi flies up behind him and kicks him down catching him off guard.

Ochako jumps down while using one for all and flings another sphere at Hisashi. He turns and kicks it back at her.

'What?! How!' Ochako thinks to herself while creating another one for all sphere.

"Come on! Maybe I've overestimated you Ochako Uraraka, maybe you're just like your father, a failed pawn to my own plans." Hisashi says while using a quirk that succeeds in making Ochako feel a pain in her chest and results in her not being able to move.

"Now you'll be just as useless as he was!" Hisashi says.

Hisashi creates a blade and jumps up kicking it straight at Ochako.

Ochako clenches her fist but before the blade could go through her chest she appeared behind Hisashi.

'Huh?!' Ochako thinks to herself as she looks up.

Izuku was in place where Ochako was.

"In the end she ended up being your own downfall." Hisashi says laughing at Izuku.

Ochako charges energy and points a hand at Hisashi who wasn't paying attention to her.

She clenches that hand into a fist and Hisashi's legs get crushed. Regeneration slowly starts to come back but stops half way.

Hisashi's eyes widen.

Hisashi turns and sees Ochako smiling with her fists both clenched.

"IT WORKED!" Ochako yells with a laugh.

"You bitch..." Hisashi says before getting kicked in the back of the head by Izuku.

"You used new order...to destroy my quirk with the chance of destroying regeneration." Hisashi says smiling.

"Maybe I was wrong and you aren't as useless as your father." Hisashi says before looking over at Izuku.

"Izuku is regretting switching places back there with you though, look at him." Hisashi says.

Ochako looks at Izuku and sees the blade through his chest,regeneration had not kicked in.

"Izuku are you okay?!" Ochako says panicking.

"Don't worry, I have a pain resistance quirk...whilst I've lost many quirks, we finally won." Izuku says walking to his father who lay dormant on the ground.

Hisashi smiles at his son, proud that he did what he though was not possible.

"I know you think I did this for you, but no, I did it for the rest of us. You creating a living hell for millions, millions have died to your creations your hands, the blood is on your hands." Izuku says raising his foot above Hisashi's head.

He smiles and laughs.

"I regret nothing, now you'll live happy, but just know." Hisashi starts with a smirk.

"The past will always come back to haunt you."

Izuku kills his father, but near seconds after a mix of emotions and exhaustion result in him becoming unconscious.
