It had been a few days since the encounter with Gegi and Y. Donatello did have the curse lifted as she promised, but the hospital was still keeping him to make sure he was okay to leave. I was with Saber at the kenjutsu dojo, training, but we were taking a break.
Y/N: Am I getting any better, Saber?
Saber: Yes, you are steadily improving.
Y/N: I still can't hit you, though...
**Maybe I should try combining my magic with my sword again. Nah, not yet... I gotta learn to just use the sword first.**
Saber: I practice the swordsmanship of a king. It is not something you can learn so easily, Master.
Y/N: You're right.
**I mean, she is a Saber-class Servant after all... I'm fighting a master sword user...**
I stared at her closely.
**She wears armor to protect herself, and yet she still moves as if she had no weight holding her back at all. I wonder-**
Y/N: Saber, sorry for asking for so much, but could you change into your armor for a moment?
She stood up.
Saber: As you wish.
The wind started to kick up around her as she started to glow. In the blink of an eye, she changed from casual clothing into a suit of armor fit for combat.
Y/N: It's amazing how you can do that.
I circled her and examined the armor. It appeared to be a blue, old-styled dress with shining silver plates lining it for protection. It had a design on the front of her chest plate that I didn't recognize. The cloak on her back ran all the way down to her feet.
Y/N: Is the cape new? I haven't seen you with that on before.
Saber: It is purely for design. In battle, I have no need for it.
She truly did look like a legendary hero in that attire.
Y/N: So the armor... Is it comfortable?
Saber: It is neither comfortable nor uncomfortable. This armor is simply made for effective combat and mobility.
Y/N: I get it. It's so cool.
Saber: Cool? Master, my armor was not made to be appealing to the eye.
Y/N: Well I think it's cool. Can I show you something?
I stopped examining her.
Y/N: I told you that I really only knew Chrono-Magic. Well, that wasn't the whole truth. You see, I actually specialize in another form of magic that is just normally a lot less practical.
**By getting a good look at her armor, I was able to roughly see how it's designed. Now, I can use my hidden skill to blow her away!**
I started to glow how she did before becoming cloaked in a suit of armor almost identical to hers, just without the cloak.
Y/N: And there we go.
Saber: Is this Mimicry magic?
Y/N: That would be great if I could pull off something like that, but no. I'm just able to create clothing and armors if I can see how they look.
Saber: I see. So that is why you wanted to see my armor.
Y/N: That's right. I wanted to replicate my teacher as closely as I could.
She softly smiled.
Saber: Very well, then. How practical is yours when compared to mine?
She knelt down and tapped on the plates protecting my legs a couple of times. They started to crack.
