The Story Of Tom & Y/N

At The Pool

(Y/N's POV)
We walked to the pool together hoping to have a chill day, nothing exciting. "The total for your drinks will be $38.60" The women said. I gave Tom my card because it was my time to pay, he swiped the card on the machine and my face turns from excited to scared when the machine says "decline". Tom chuckles and grabs his card and pays for our drinks.

We sat by the pool drinking our mock tails, "how come your card declined, do u not have the money for it?" He said. "I gave you the wrong card to use..." I said under my breath forgetting that he has great hearing. We both looked at each other holding back our laughs, we finished our drink and jumped in the pool as if nothing happened. I watch him flick his hair back "god he's so dreamy" I say in my head.

(Toms POV)
I watch the machine turn to "declined" I had no choice to pay for the drinks but I didn't care, we sat down at the pool drinking our mock tails "how come your card declined, do u not have the money for it?" I said. "I gave you the wrong card to use..." she mumbles forgetting about my hearing. We look at each other and then jump in the pool like nothing happened. I flick my hair back hoping she would notice, I've had a crush on her since we were little and those feelings have only grown stronger since then.

We started to play Marco Polo (our favourite game) I was "IT" first like always but I didn't care as long as I was playing with Y/N, I could hear her out of the pool but I played along with it. I take a sneaky look but I see her slip causing her to fall back into the pool, I managed to catch her so she wouldn't get hurt cause the pool was really shallow. We look into each others eyes and I feel the sudden urge to kiss her but I was too scared so I didn't but after a short 10 seconds of me holding her she pulls me in for a soft kiss...
