Today was the day of my school's talent show. I knew that today was my day to fight against this terrible bullying against myself. After a couple boring meaningless performances, it was my time to shine. I got up on that stage and I said,
"This is for all the kids who are bullied for being themselves!! I am Oli London, and I am a proud transracial Korean, Japanese, Malaysian, Filipino, Indonesian!" Then, I opened my mouth, and I began to sing.
It's so crazy! My nights so hazy! I'm rocking the stage I'm breaking the cage tonight I'm free!!
The crowd... didn't love it? 🤨 I thought for sure after watching that my story animated video, where the crowd LOVED that song, they would love me too. So, I stood there and stared blankly into the crowd. But, like the genius I am, I realized, what in the world was I thinking? That song isn't about bullying! No wonder they're confused. So, I opened my mouth again and began to sing. This time, I sang Human by Christina Perri. And you wouldn't guess what happened. I got Boo'd off the stage! I couldn't believe it. 😡 I ran home crying.
And that's the end. I ended up being a very loved TikTok star at age 32 and went on several shows praising me for being transracial, one of them being Dr. Phil! I love all 5 ethnicities of myself!
