My Hero (Superhero Eren x Reader)

CHAPTER 1

"The Survey Corps saved the day once again." The news reporter on channel 8 news said. I turned off the television and went in the kitchen. I grabbed a soda out of the fridge and leaned against the kitchen counter.

The Survey Corps huh. They have been saving people for years now. I have always dreamed about joining them, but i'm not strong and don't have enough courage. There has been a myth about them. The myth states that they have been around since the Titan Period, which is predicted to be in year 845 A.D., but it's just a myth, so it might not be true.

Nobody knows the people in the survey corps or what they look like. My best friend Annie says that the world shouldn't try to figure it out. Annie has been my best friend since 8th grade. She is also my roommate. Annie is at work right now, so that's why I'm so bored.

I sighed "What to do, What to do." I repeated. I don't go to work till next monday. My other best friend, Eren won't pick up his phone. Guess I will go chill at the cafe near by. I grabbed my keys and walked out the apartment. Maybe on my way there I will see the survey corps.

I arrived at the cafe that was called GiGi's Cafe. The cafe was popular in North America, Europe, Australia, & East Asia.

I entered the cafe and saw a lot of people. There's usually more people here in the morning since most of them come to get their morning coffee before they go to work. The line was too long, so I sat down at a table waiting for the line get shorter.

I waited about 10 minutes. I finally went up there and ordered my hot coco. I'm not a big fan of coffee. It always leaves a taste in my mouth that does not taste that well.

Before the person at the register could say something, a man came in with a gun and pointed it at everyone.

"Put your hands up where I can see them!" The man yelled. Everyone panicked, but did what he said. I to did what he told everyone else. The man quickly walked over to the cash register and said "Give me all the money or I will kill everybody in this building!"

The person was paralyzed and shocked with fear. " Look you have 30 seconds to give me the money." I stood up. "You don't own anything around here, so why don't you just go and leave this cafe alone." Why did I say that. Me and my big mouth.

The robber pointed his gun at me. "You think you have the guts to talk to me like that. Don't forget i'm the one with the gun here little girl."

There was a crash through the window. People with the same uniform on had came in and knocked out the robber before he could do anything else. It was the Survey Corps! One of them came up to and asked.

"Are you alright Ma'am?" I replied "Yes. Thank you." The boy who asked me who was alright had dark brown hair and his face was covered with a mask with a green hood on top of his head.

He nodded and left the shop with the other Survey Corps. This is the best day of my life. I just met on of the people from the Survey Corps.
