Arc Knight 1

(AN=both of this chapter i have create quite long time, so don't expect me to update like this in the future and this just a pilot of first chapter of Arc Knight, so i probably change it.

I want make the pilot first chapter here of every story. But if you want, i will just write all the story here and continue it here. So please tell me which one is better.

Jaune open his eyes and the first thing he see was a blue sky and not his dorm ceiling. He then get up, noticing he was still in his pajama before started look around. Giant trees can be seen anywhere, the ground fill with green grass and flowers, a lake was near by. The only thing he can conclude that he was in a forest and he doesn't know where was he.

Is this a dream?

Jaune question himself. There wasn't any explanation to explain his sudden appeared in a forest so the only logical answer was that he's still sleeping and this was his dream. He must said, it's impressive that his mind can created such a beautiful dream and scenery.

His body then started to move forward, to look more into his dream. It's not everyday for him to be aware in his own dream and have a beautiful forest in his grasp. So why not explored it.

He walk through the forest with ease. The terrain wasn't so bad, without any sharp or extreme edge or steep incline or some slippery ground that can make people fall down. The flowers were beautiful and the air smell great in there.

He walked over one of the tree and see 2 cute white bunny with red eyes and 3 smaller one. All of them were cuddling together with the tiny ones in the middle, sandwiched between the adults.

Jaune can only let his heart melt at the sight. He stared at it for a while with blissful smiled, unaware the bushes behind him were rustling.

A growling noise alerted Jaune and the bunnies, it jump away as soon they heard it while he can only turn around to face the beast. What emerged from the bushes was a giant white bear with sharp claws and teeth, bone coming out from its back like a hedgehog and horn that you usually see from a deer on its head. The bear was twice as big as the Ursa major he had killed before. From the look of it, it was hungry and Jaune was the only thing around.

In instinct, Jaune reach to his waist and tried grabbing something but he grab nothing but air. When he look to his waist, his eyes widen.

I don't have my Croceo Mors with me.

Jaune look back to the bear as it slowly walk closer to him. Jaune began to take a step back with his arm in front of him. His heartbeat rising as he try to find a way to escape.

"Ahh... easy boy, I not very tasty you know. I have been sweating a lot from my training and I haven't time to take a shower, so I will taste like sweat and you don't want taste that right?" Jaune said the last sentence in a squeaky noise.

The bear suddenly charged at Jaune, who was screaming like a man, he definitely didn't scream like a little girl. He rolled to side in a panic, dodging the hulking bear from tackling him. It hit the tree that was behind him and went through it like it's butter. Jaune watched the broken tree fall with pale expression, if that hit him, he would be dead.

He frantically get into his feet and faced the creature with scare and panic look. His whole body's tense and his mind went overdrive. Should he run away? But there was a chance that the bear was faster than him. Should he fight? But it's much stronger than him and a lot bigger.
