Today is over. Luckily most of the things that were taught today were not so difficult. I would say that things are off to a good start.

Along the way home, I noticed a Seven Eleven.

"Well I suppose a little bit of shopping wouldn't hurt."

I walked in. What'd ya know, there's food and drinks galore. Pocky, ramen, sushi, bento, they have it all. Now, what should I get....?

[Time skip]

Okay, so I couldn't help myself. I got bentos, ramen, and quite a lot of snacks. It all looked too good to not to get. Besides, we're running out of food at home anyway. Although I wasn't certain I had enough....

[looks into wallet]

...money. Damn. Of course I don't have enough money. I'm gonna have to take some of the foods back-

"Oh hey, Y/n! I didn't know you go here!"

"Oh, hey Nagatoro...."

"What's going on?"

"Just buying a few things..."

"Why are you putting some things back? Do you not have enough money?"

"Yeah".

"Here- you can have this then."

She gave me some cash, just enough to pay for everything.

"You want this soda"? I asked for exchange for the money.

"Sure, thanks! Well, see you tomorrow y/n."

"See you".

I exited the store. Hopefully I won't have to go in the same direction as Nagatoro... Great! I don't! It would be awkward if I did...

I was walking back home and humming my favorite song when I was interrupted by someone and I dropped my groceries.

[thud]

"Aw shit..."

A guy who looked like the embodiment of the nerd emoji had bumped into me.

Actually.... He looks familiar.... Oh. He was that kid who had some jocks all up in his face intimidating him and stuff at a secluded place outside. As much as I wanted to stop it I couldn't. Too risky. I saw him sprinting in the hallway a a few minutes later though, so I guess he managed to escape?? Yeah...

While I was thinking about that I didn't realize what the startled fellow was saying to me.

"S-sorry...!!! Gonna pick t-this up for you!! "So s-sorry!!"

He started speaking incoherently, he would mumble for a few seconds and then yell like someone pinched him. I just stood there for a while.

"Uhhhhh.... Calm down... I guess..."

"What?? Uh, s-sorry! I gotta go!!"

He ran off. I still stood there, trying to process what happened. Weird... But a little funny. I shrugged and continued my way back home.
