How Things Have Changed

While I started to sprint to my class, I heard the Ashley's start to trail behind me. It sounds so weird, but they are actually kind of....nice....

I know it sounds crazy, but it's been years since elementary school and everyone has changed a lot.

Gretchen is still smart, but she is more socially conscious and "up to date" with trends. She has grown into a very pretty girl, with long auburn hair and perfectly straight teeth, because her braces have just been removed.

Vince hasn't changed so much; his personality is still the same. However, he has gotten quite tall and started to work out in the gym more.

Mikey had joined the theater program at our school in 6th grade. He had worked his way up the ranks and now, in 8th grade, he is the star of the musical. He is also a state champion in the annual poetry contest for two years running.

Gus is still a scrawny fellow, he is more confident though. He is great at history and he has made it his personal interest. He can usually be found making scale models of various historical forts and buildings. He's pretty good at it.

Spinelli moved away last year. Nobody has seen her since. There are rumors that she moved to Iowa, or some unpopular place like that. Isn't it funny how things can change in just a few days? She told us at the beginning of the first week of 7th grade, she was gone by Thursday. She told nobody where she would be going.

Anyways, I'm getting off topic. So, the Ashley's are nice now. It's pretty hard to believe, but they are; trust me.

"Hey, y/n! You look really pretty today. I'm sure TJ noticedddd," Ashley A started.

They, somehow, knew about how I liked TJ. I guess they had a special skill of picking up attraction, but how would I know?

"Oh, thank you so much!" I thanked her.

"Hey," Ashley Q said, "I heard that TJ wanted to talk to you about something! So exciting!!!"

"Oh, yeah...I don't think it's really that important though," I told her.

"Of course it is! HE IS SO GONNA ASK YOU OUT!!!" Ashley B exclaimed a little too loudly.

"I'm not so sure...." I replied.

"Whatever it is, it's important that you look the part. And I don't think those sweatpants and a zip-up are gonna cut it," Ashley T stated.

"Wait, you have a study hall this period!" Ashley A said, "You can totally skip and let us make you over!"

"Totally!" The rest of them yelled in unison.

"Okay, I guess..."

"Great!" Ashley B exclaimed.

Before I knew it, they pulled me into a nearby bathroom and began to have their way with me.
