Chapter 6

As the waitress is going to get their drinks they take this time to look over the menu to see what they want.
Hmmm..
What do I want?
A chicken taco?
No..
Burrito?
No I think I want some quesadillas..
No no
What about this!
Puerto Vallarta taco. Mhm that's the one! It sounds delicious.
"Hey Eren have you decided on what you want to eat?"
..
"No not yet, I don't really know anything on this menu besides a beef taco."
Navi laughs a little at him.
He's kinda helpless when it becomes to new foods.
"Maybe you should get a beef taco with some Spanish rice on the side, I heard it's good!"
"Hmmm yeah! That'll do! A beef taco and Spanish rice, WOO!" Eren sounds so excited.
After a few more minutes goes by Eren turns to see the waitress coming over to their table with drinks.
"Okayyyyyy so we have a Coke for you and a Sprite for you. The chips and salsa will be here any second now. While that's happening are you guys ready to order or no?"
"Sí we are ready!" Eren again sounds foolish but whatever.
..
I swear the waitress face is so priceless everytime, let her do her damn job.
"Okay..sir what would you and your partner like to eat tonight?"
"Oh we-" Navi is interrupt by Eren.
"We would like to order some fresh limes on the side for both of these meals, okay?" Eren says in a calm manner. Eren kindly smiles toward Navi.
"Alright! Who would like to go first?"
"Uh Navi since I'm treating you, why don't you go first." Eren's smile was so sweet as he said this.
"Oh okay, well I'd like a Puerto Vallarta Taco and some extra cilantro."
"Alright and for you sir?" The waitress asks Eren
"I'd like a Beef taco with Spanish rice on the side." Eren says.
As they're about to end their order their chips and salsa finally come.
"Alright, well you two enjoy the chips and salsa. Your food will be with you shortly." The waitress politely says as she walks off.
"So mi amor what's your favorite dessert?"
Navi still can't help but laugh at his southern attempt at speaking Spanish.
"I don't get what's so funny-" Eren says in a playful manner.
"Nothing, nothing I just find you funny that's all." Navi says.
"Ah so I'm funny, is that a score or not?"
Eren says as he grabs a chip 'attempting' to dip it in salsa.
Navi isn't far behind him either and begins to eat a few chips.
This is going well so far. I really enjoy his company and stupidity.
Maybe after this date they can hang out and become more than friends. ;)

*Eren and Navi eat chips and salsa until they see their food coming*
You could see the explosion of excitement on Eren's face. He definitely is going to gobble up that taco. God the food look so good the closer it got to the table.
"Here you go good sirs. Have a nice meal." The kind waitress says as she puts the food down on the table and walks away. Now both Navi and Eren were ready to eat.
Mmm the food smells so good.

Eren goes into his food, almost like he's been waiting for this moment. Though he did try to keep manners at the table. Navi and Eren both ate their dishes and talked about everything. That's when Eren asked if Navi was dating anyone, though he already knew the answer.
"So uh are you single Navi?"
Navi was a bit shocked by his answer but ended up telling him a simple yes.
This shocked Eren because he thought Joe and Navi were still together. After all he literally ran into them both when Navi first made contact.
"Oh I thought differently I'm sorry for asking." He'd felt bad for asking this at the table, but maybe this was his chance.
"Are you okay though? You two seemed to really be in love."
"Yeah yeah!! I'm all good! In fact this little date has made me feel a lot better. Thank you." Navi said to Eren.
Eren's face lit up, so he wasn't the only one enjoying this date. He smiled at Navi as the waitress comes up to their table.
"So was the food alright?"
"Yes ma'am it was really good, thank you." Eren says
The waitress smiles and ask them if they'd like the bill. Eren says yes and the waitress pulls out the bill and sets it on the table.
"I'll come get the bill whenever you're ready." The polite waitress says as she walks away.
"Alright.." Eren muttered under his breath while he reached for his wallet.
"It's my treat so I'll me pay." Eren says to Navi nicely.
Eren paid for the bill and they were out of there. They'd both had a fun night, both of their company to one another was appreciated. Eren walked Navi to his truck once again. That's when Eren decided to attempt to hold hands with Navi.

Cool down cool down
Navi smiled at Eren and thanked him for this amazing night. Eren simply smiled back and said no problem and talked about how he enjoyed tonight.
*At this point they're both inside his truck driving back to the apartment's, both of them were in a happy mood. So happy in fact that Eren said this.*

"So I really enjoyed tonight..do you think we could do this again?" He asked.
"Sure! I'd love to," Navi says.
"Oh okay because I have a friend, his name is Armin. Recently him and some other girl has been going out of town for festival's and he invited to one that's coming up. I'd thought I'd invite you to come along. I think it'll be fun." He says to Navi really happy.
"That sounds fun! I'd love to come along."
WHAT- ANOTHER DATE
YAY!!
Both of them now had a double date with Annie and Armin.

*They reached the apartment complex not long after talking about this. Eren walked Navi to their room and they both said their goodbyes and goodnights*

"Buenas noches y adiós mi amor." Again Eren tried speaking Spanish to Navi but instead of laughing Navi said goodnight and smiled at him really happily.
Once Navi shut their door Eren couldn't help but do a little dance out of excitement.

*He does his little dancey dance and heads to his apartment room. Navi is back home and gets into comfortable pjs and goes to sleep. While Eren had different plans.*
