Chapter 20: Fever and Care

First of all thank you so much guys for giving answer to my questions, it will help me to build up upcoming storyline. So welcome to the first past of this track. Means after Rawat's track.

After two days,

Monami was standing in a dark room.

"Yeh main kaha hun? Konsi jagah hai yeh? Aur baki sab kaha hai?", Monami said to herself.

"Sid? Karan? Faizi? Sanjana mam? Kaha hai aap sabhi?", Monami called out their names, but no response.

"Kya soch rahi ho?", Monami heard a voice from her behind.

Her expressions suddenly turned horrified. She Could recognise the voice. She wanted to turn and look whose voice it was but couldn't gather up courage.

She had gather up a little courage but till then, she felt extream pain, she felt like someone is pulling her hair with force. Tears brimmed up in her eyes. She quickly closed her eyes and tried to get rid of that pain.

"Chodo mujhe!", Monami yelled. "Kaun ho tum? Kya chahte ho mujhse? Maine kaha na chodo mujhe!", Monami said.

"Chodo mujhe!", Sanjana heard someone yelling.

She turned around and saw Monami murmuring in sleep with horrified expression and sweaty forehead. She quickly got up and walked towards Monami's bed.

"Monami!", Sanjana lightly shook her.

"Chodo!", Monami pushed Sanjana a little and got up, opening her eyes, backing off, tears flowing through her eyes.

Sanjana was taken aback by her action, but understood that Monami had a nightmare. Monami looked sacred, very scared.

"Ka ho go Monami? Sab thik hai? Koi bura sapna dekha ke?", Sanjana asked in a calm voice making Monami hugged her.

"Ha bohot bura sapna tha Sanjana Ma'am. Bohot bura sapna.", Monami said crying in between her hiccups.

"Shant ho ja Monami. Sab thik hai. Koi nahi hai yaha par. Ek kaam kare. Hum Siddharth ko bula kar late hai", Sanjana said hugging her back.

"Nahi Sanjana please mujhe akele maat chodo, mujhe bohot daar lag raha hai. Jee ghabra raha hai.", Monami said tightening the hug. "Ek kaam karo, tum please Sid ko phone karke bula lo", Monami said breaking the hug.

Sanjana nodded. She immediately called Sid and explained the whole situation to him. She hung on the call and made Monami Sit properly. She handed her a glass of water.

She calmed down a little. Till then, Sid knocked on the door making Sanjana look over the door. She opened the door—Sid barged inside and sat on the bed infront of Monami.

"Monu bro, tu thik haina? Kya ho gaya?", Sid asked.

Monami started crying and hugged him immediately.

"Mujhe... Voh..  Chirag... Rawat... Mujhe daar lag raha hai Sid....kahi unhone tum mein se kisi ko.. bhi.. kuch kar diya... Toh kya hoga?", Monami said.

"Relax Monu bro! Chirag mar chuka hai, aur toh aur Rawat ko bhi arrest kar liya haina? Toh tujhe aur hum sabhi ko kuch nahi hoga", Sid said breaking the hug.

Sid cupped her face and placed a little kiss on her forehead.

"Aab shaanti se so ja bro main yahi hun", Monami nodded at Sid.

Sid made her lay down on bed, and covered her with sheet. Sanjana eyed her with concern. Sid also was having tears. He made her sleep and left the place. Sanjana placed her hand on Monami's hair caressing them.

"Pata hi nahi chalo ki kab tum namunon se itna lagav jo gao hume", Sanjana said and smiled a little.

Next day,

It was a regular training day, everyone was present there except for Monami. Karan was angry on not finding Monami at drill.

"Cadet Siddharth Ganju!", Karan called out.

"Yes sir!", Sid replied.

"Cadet Monami Mahajan kaha hai? Drill ka time ho gaya hai fir bhi abhi tak nahi ayi. Pata haina mujhe late comers bilkul pasand nahi hai", His tone was stern.

"Voh toh mujhe bhi nahi pata bro... I mean sir!", Sid said.

Sanjana who heard their conversation, approached them, "Monami ko bukhar hai Sirji!", She spoke shocking and worrying both of them.

"Kya hua Rani Sahiba ko? Kaise bukhar aya usse?", Karan spoke worriedly.

"Monu..."

"Doctor ko dikhaya kya? Kaha hai Monami? Chalo dekhte hai", Karan said without giving chance to Sid to speak.

Whole paltan who were busy in drill came over there.

"Kya ho gaya Monami ko?", Suman ji asked.

"Aapne suna na Suman ji. Monami ko #bukhar ho gaya hai", Chitra said stepping in the conversation.

"Usse bukhar aya hai toh tum sabhi usse milne maat jana varna tum logon ki baatein sunkar uski tabiyat thik hone ke bajay bigad jayegi", Koel said to Suman ji, Chitra, Bala and Prem ji.

"Vah kya baat hai mohtarma. Aapka toh koi javab hi nahi hai", Faizi said Praising Koel, on which she blushed slightly.

"Are baas karo, varna Karan sir daantenge", Prem ji warned.

"Daant lagane ke liye hone bhi toh chahiye na", Faizi said looking at the place where Karan was standing. "Yeh Karan kaha gaya?", Faizi asked Sanjana.

"Voh toh Monami ke kamre ki aur gaye. Uske piche Sidharth bhi gaya", Sanjana said glaring them angrily. "Aab timepass ho gao ho toh drill shuru kare?", Sanjana said gritting her teeth.

All recruits immediately took there places and started the training.

Karan and Sid reached the place at the same time, and placed hands on the door handle at the same time.

"Monu bro meri best friend hai. Usse bukhar hai toh main usse pehle milunga hai na sir?", Sid said. "Lekin mujhe yeh baat samajh nahi aa rahi ki aap Monu bro ko lekar itna pareshan kyu ho rahe hai?", Sid asked raising his eyebrows at him, glaring.

Karan looked away to make an excuse. Well, he too didn't know what was the reason, and why was he Caring for her this much?

"Voh... Monami Mahajan meri cadet hai toh mera... Farz banta hai usse uski health ke baarein mein puchne ka", Karan made up an excuse.

"Okay then...", Karan said and pushed the door open slightly.
